"Thank you for informing me, Dobby." I sent the small creature a saddened smile, wishing him safe travels before he vanished once more in the blink of an eye. "So, Mr Voldy hasn't given up on me, has he?" I laughed a half-hearted chuckle as I slowly faced the group.
"I still don't understand what you have to do with any of this." Hermione mutters, and her fingertip begins to trace circles on her chin. Harry, Ron and Hermione began to discuss possible reasons, however, I struggled to hear them as the world began to blur. What am I supposed to do? What is my next step forward?
"Hey, Ron." I called the boy with a questioning tone. The trio paused their debate for me. "Can I have the book? I reckon there's more to it." I asked, stepping towards the boy. Ron nodded, pulling the book out.
"Are you sure you want this, Y/n?" He asked before he handed me the book. "We don't know what the book could contain." Ron added, giving me the same look I've seen parents give their children a thousand times.
I nodded, taking the book from his hands. I'll take this back to the dorm and work on it there. I wish to understand it. It seems so... strange.
