Human beings in a mob ,what's a mob to a king? ,what's a king to god ? ,what's a god to a non believer ? -probably kanye

"I GUESS WE MEET AGAIN KARASUNO"

Momo smirked , triggering a collective cringe from your group. "Hey, stop making that face You look like you eat kids for a living," you sassed, visibly disgusted. Keisuke chimed in, "Yeah, you're giving off major Kageyama trying-to-smile vibes, but worse." Hana added, "Seriously, that kid may be hot, but those smiles are terrifying." "Come on, let's cut him some slack; he's working on it," you interrupted , trying to stop the teasing.

"I guess it's true that the second years are pretty funny. I like you guys," Momo said nonchalantly. "Momo, you better stop this madness," Rayan said, dragging her away. "You need to stop humiliating us," Itto added, crossing his arms and giving her a disappointed look. "You know, you guys could have been a little nicer to our captain," your brother remarked.

you all jumped at his voice "are we supposed to care ?" Keisuke asked."second years we gotta get going come on!" Osana exclaimed.

MINI TIME SKIP

Both teams, fully warmed up and determined, faced off on the court. Aoba Johsai, exuding confidence, stood ready for battle. After exchanging bows, the starting lineup: Curtis, Ai, Keisuke, you, Mina, Hana, and Takashi, prepared for the match. Aoba Johsai won the coin toss, earning the first serve.

The server from the opposing team launched the ball over the net. As it descended toward your side, Takashi skillfully recovered it, preventing it from hitting the ground. The game resumed with both teams ready for action.

Curtis set the ball to Keisuke, who delivered a powerful hit, securing your team's first point. "Off to a good start," Rin remarked. You served the ball, but it was received by their Libero. Their number 2 set it for their ace, only to be shut down by Hana's block. "Easier than expected," she grinned at Keisuke.

"See?" he said, high-fiving her. Matsuno scoffed, "Don't get too cocky; it was just one block." "But it was clean," Hana defended. "You second-years annoy me," Matsuno grumbled. "Okay, congrats," you replied. "Matsuno, focus!" their coach barked. "Yeah, sorry!" Matsuno yelled back.

"Momo's got something to say," she remarked. "Why do people think we care?" Keisuke quipped. "No clue, but it's gotta stop," you replied. Momo got the message and retreated to her spot. It was Seijoh's serve now, and your brother stepped up, poised and confident, ball in hand, behind the white line.

He performed a brief ritual before tossing the ball into the air, leaping up to strike it to our side of the court. Mina received it and passed it to Curtis, who set it for Osana.

With a powerful smash, she secured another point for your team, bringing the score to 2-0. "Alright, I don't know what's happening today, but we're doing great," Curtis remarked, pleased with the current scores. Seijoh regained serve and swiftly scored a point, leaving your team shocked. "Wait, what just happened?" Ai questioned. "It happened so fast," Mina replied, equally confused. "Wow, he's incredible," Rin exclaimed, amazed by Seijoh's player. The momentum continued with Seijoh taking a commanding lead of 8-2.

MINI TIMESKIP

The ball volleyed endlessly until it landed on their side, clinching your first set victory. The referee's whistle marked the end, leading y'all to a brief break with the coach before returning to the court.

"Intense game," Curtis sighed. "Yeah, been a while," Ai agreed. "Probably 'cause you're always bench-warming," Hiroto added, sipping his water and leaving the team in shock. "That kid's got spunk," Takashi remarked.

"Get ready, back to the court, everyone!" Coach Izuki called out. Y'all followed suit, some standing in the switch zone, others taking a seat on the bench. Meanwhile, Rin, Osana, Yuzuha, Akira, Yuta, and Shousuke formed the frontline.

Confusion flickered among the opposing players as you changed the lineup, but they went along with it, except for Momo. "Realized your lineup was too weak?" she smirked. "Still haven't realized you and that ugly smirk aren't welcome here?" Rin retorted sharply.

Momo fell silent, finally realizing she wasn't welcome. The game began, and it was Seijoh's turn to serve. Number three stood positioned behind the white line, ready to serve. The referee's whistle blew, and in an instant, he launched the ball into the air, jumping to hit it. Sadly, the ball sailed over the net and onto the court..

Yuzuha scrambled for the ball but took a hard hit, knocking it off course. "That looked painful," Takashi remarked. "Hope she's alright," Keisuke added, noticing the bruise on her forearm.

"Court injury, Coach," Curtis alerted, pointing at Yuzuha. "Quit pointing," Hiroto chided, swatting his hand away. "she's still pushing," Mina marveled before her tone shifted. Yuzuha was doubled over in pain, forehead on the ground, teeth gritted, clutching her right arm. The game halted as everyone rushed to check on her. Osana assisted her up, leading her to Senju, who escorted her to the infirmary.

"Takashi, you're in," the coach ordered.
"Alright," Takashi agreed, stepping onto the court with determination. Despite seeing the impact of the serves on Yuzuha, he was eager to face them himself.

The referee's whistle signaled the game's continuation, and with a foul on Seijoh's side, it was your turn to serve. Rin, positioned at the back, prepared to serve. It was both a blessing and a challenge, but with Rin serving, there was potential for extra points.

Rin stood positioned behind the white line, awaiting the referee's signal. As soon as the whistle blew, she launched the ball into the air, executing a powerful spike that left the opposing team unable to react.

Osana smirked, nodding in approval. "That's my best friend for you," she remarked.

"And she's in the zone!" Tanaka cheered from the bleachers, excitement noticeable. The court was filled with determined athletes. "Sugawara, they're more focused than ever," remarked,. "Yeah, it's giving me chills," Asahi agreed, shivering. Meanwhile, Rin continued scoring point after point for the team, drawing admiration. "That's an Oikawa for you," her twin boasted.

"On whose team are you?" Matsukawa questioned, tapping his head. "Traitor," Hanamaki added, joining in. "Stop!" the setter yelled, rubbing his head. "You're meant to hit a ball, not my head." "Oh look, they scored," Hanamaki pointed out. "Karasuno might win this year."

With the scoreboard at 9-8 in your favor, Rin's serves had been unstoppable. However, their Libero finally managed to receive one, leading to a quick exchange that Shousuke blocked, earning you guys another point. "Huh, Keisuke wasn't wrong, blocking you is easy," Hiroto remarked casually.

"I don't like first and second years; you guys have no respect," Matsuno retorted. "We do have respect, we just don't like you," Takashi shrugged. "After this game, you'll despise us," Momo smirked. "You look like you eat human flesh for a living; stop smirking," Rin shot back across the court.

—TIME SKIP IN THE GAME

In the tense match, the ball flew relentlessly, neither team gave up. But fate sided with Aoba Johsai as the ball dropped on our court, trailing 18-19. "Shrug it off, we've got this!" Rin's encouragement echoed, met with Hiroto's reassuring words, "You're the one who should shrug it off."

As the rotation came around, Keisuke took his position at the back. Timing was his strength , though his serves lacked finesse, they irked opponents like nothing else. Swift yet not razor-sharp, they found the floor more often than not, a frustration you'd likely learn to counter after a few attempts.

They were like ego destroyers . With the referee's whistle, Keisuke prepared for his serve, taking his time. With a toss and a hit, the ball sailed across the court, shaky but on target, as always.

As the Libero moved to save it, she called it out, unaware of the curve that kept it in play. Stunned, she turned to glare at Keisuke, who met her anger with a knowing grin. It was the same reaction every time he scored a point or blocked them, a mix of frustration and disbelief.

That expression fueled his satisfaction, driving him to push harder. With determination, he tossed the ball once more, delivering another precise hit across the court. Over the net it went, landing on their side, only to be saved by their Libero, who hoped to annoy Keisuke. But Keisuke remained unfazed, focused only on scoring points.

Their setter controlled the play, directing the ball to their number 9. She leaped, aiming for a powerful spike, only to meet Hiroto's solid block. As the ball dropped, their Libero swooped in once more, keeping the rally alive.

But the momentum shifted as their opposite hitter intervened, keeping the ball in play. It found its way to their setter, who swiftly set it up for their other opposite hitter, poised for a decisive strike.

With the ball meeting the floor, Seijoh earned another point, narrowing the gap to 19-23. Despite your lead, they refused to concede. "You might be ahead, but we're not backing down," Ryan declared. "Sure thing, white boy," Keisuke shrugged, unfazed by the challenge.

MINI TIME SKIP IN THE GAME BROUGHT TO YOU BY KEISUKE DISLIKING WHITE PEOPLE /HJ

Ryan's determination proved right as they took the set with a score of 24-26, snatching victory from our grasp despite your earlier lead.

With the lineup same from the last set; Osana, Rin, Keisuke, Takashi, you, and Hiroto, it was your turn to serve after losing the previous set. Positioned behind the line, ball in hand, you awaited the signal to strike.

At the referee's signal, you tossed the ball up, leaped, and delivered a powerful strike over the net. With precision, the ball sailed to their side, finding the floor and scoring the first point of the set.

The resounding impact of the ball meeting the floor left the gym in awe. "She's back," Keisuke smirked, recognizing your peak performance. "Who's ready?" Hiroto asked. "You saw the impact? That means she's in the zone," Keisuke explained to the taller boy.

Your younger brother marveled, "(Wow, she's amazing)." It was your serve again, so you positioned yourself behind the white line. With a small ritual, you awaited the referee's whistle, then tossed the ball, leapt, and delivered a powerful strike across the court.

The ball cleared the net and slammed into their court, earning another point, bringing the score to 2-0 in your favor. With confidence, you served again, repeating your previous motions, sending the ball over the net for another successful point.

Their Libero managed a sloppy save, but it worked, sending the ball to their setter, who set it up for their number 1. With a fierce hit, they earned a point, prompting Momo's smirk. Rin's retort was swift, "Check the scoreboard," wiping the smirk off Momo's face. Indeed, the ball hit by their number 1 went out of bounds, securing your point.

BIG FAT TIME SKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY MY LACK OF CREATIVITY

At 29-30 with Seijoh in the lead, the tension was heavy. Both teams had used all their timeouts, signaling the near conclusion of the match. The ball flew relentlessly between the two sides, each unwilling to accept loss, knowing that this game would determine it all.

With the ball dangerously close to the ground, Takashi sprang into action, saving it just in time. Rin swiftly set it up for Osana, who jumped to deliver a powerful strike. However, their number 8 did a successful block, sending the ball onto your side of the court.

As the referee's whistle pierced the air, signaling Seijoh's victory, a stunned silence fell over your team. You stood there, grappling with the reality of our loss. Despite the disappointment, you all gathered your composure and approached the opposing team to shake their hands, acknowledging their well-deserved win.

With a collective bow, you expressed your gratitude to the spectators before silently retreating to the changing rooms. The journey back to school was shrouded in silence, broken only by the hum of the bus engine. Each of y'all lost in our thoughts, processing the outcome of the game and the emotions that came with it.
