mouth starting to curl... until her eyes dulled in her life and her body grew limp.

The only thing her body could do was freeze. The ice armor that protected her from Rebecca, from Jack, came into its final act of reaction. The ice consumed her body, leaving her corpse to remain in ice, not a single trace of human skin or hair can be seen.

Andy sobbed harder.
In his lap was just a carcass for his beloved, the girl who have helped him and loved him in so many ways that she didn't even know, his first girlfriend, his first kiss, his first love.

Despite the freezing cold, he held onto the body. He didn't want to believe that she was gone, that this was her body's way of helping her recover, that he wasn't the reason she was gone.

"Andy."

The boy gulped when hearing the sound of his sister's voice behind him.

"You have to let go," She tells him.

"No," He cries, "I can't."

He only held onto the ice, despite how cold his hand felt, despite how he shivered underneath her corpse, he wouldn't move.
The girl could barely process what was in front of her. This was the girl that helped her brother from being bullied, the one that felt like a sister at times, the one that made Andy better, and that made her family better.
Lauren silently let the tears fall down her face, putting a gentle hand on his shoulder.

"Andy... you have to let her go."
