Causing her to gasp at his touch. She watched as he pulled her hand to his cheek. Allowing her to feel him. A quivering laugh escaped Azriel as he felt her.

"This is real? This isn't a dream? Is it really you Az?" Anna questioned him gently with a sniffle. Not taking her eyes off their hands. Hearing her soft voice melted Azriel's heart. But he could feel her disbelief. So he reached out slowly and took her other hand in his. Placing it over his heart. Letting her feel his heart beat like he used to do many years ago before speaking.

"It's really me Annamarie. My love it's me. It's not a dream. You're really here with me," Azriel comforted her but also himself. He soon felt Anna place her head against his chest. Feeling her mask against his chest. He wondered why she had it on. But shook that thought away quickly.

Right now Azriel was stuck on trying to believe she was really here. He was touching her. He could feel her through their bond. They were really together again. Both Azriel and Anna couldn't believe that they were actually reunited.

Much like the others surrounding them. Who had their gazes on the two mates. Cassian was the first to try and limp his way to the two. But was stopped by Amren and Morrigan. Morrigan had tears in her eyes. While Amren had a small smile upon her lips. Rhysand though had his hand over his mouth to keep himself calm. Feyre who was next to him saw and was quick to go to him, placing a hand on his back to comfort him.

Everyone was shocked to say the least. But the ones who knew her were overjoyed to have Anna back. But something told them that she was different. She wasn't the same Anna they used to know. But the four didn't care, they would still welcome her with open arms. While the Archeron sisters didn't know who she was they would make sure to ask questions later. Right now they were shocked to see Azriel in such a way. And though they meant well watching the reunion of Azriel and Anna. Anna felt their gazes on her, and didn't like it.

"Please take me away Az," she whispered to him. Leaning back to look up at him with her pleading shimmering eyes from behind her mask. She was hoping he would take them away from their stares.

"Anything for you my love," Azriel promised with a smile. Before pulling her gently in his arms, and letting his shadows engulf them. Taking them away like she asked. Somewhere safe and where they could be together.

EKKK THEY FINALLY REUNITE!!! i kid you not it took everything in me not to cry while writing this chapter and the one before. this one was harder though you guys lol. i'm so happy they are together again. like omg my heart. lol let me stop. but anyways what are your thoughts? how are you feeling about this fic so far? this fic actually challenges me a little so i'm a bit iffy with it yk.
