Y/N was currently walking from his dad's place back to his place, he was suppose to hang with Moon but she's out with her mom

"Hey all Valley Camp what's up?" Y/N looked to see a car full of girls waving at him to Which Y/N awkwardly waved back

"He's so hot" the first girl in the car said

"I know right" a second girl said

"Hey you wanna ride?" The diver asked with a flirty smirk

"Uh thanks ladies but I'm good with walking". He tells them politely

"Awe okay then it was nice meeting you" the teen driver said before driving off

"Jeez ever since the tournament people have been treating me like I'm some kind of celebrity" he says to himself as he gets a phone call from Sam

"Hey Sam what's up?"

"Hey my dad asked for the miyagi do's and you to come to the dojo" Sam says over the phone surprising Y/N

"Really he wants me there even if-"

"Yeah I guess so.....you Gonna come right?" Sam asked and he could tell my the tone in her voice she wanted him too

"Yeah I'm on my way"

"Okay see you then" she says before handing up

"Ugh I hope this goes well" he says making his way to miyagi do

Miyagi do dojo

Y/N arrived at miyagi do and saw that the sign out front was covered

"Kinda sad to see it like this" he says as he was nervous to go in and since he hasn't been here since he left miyagi do before the tournament and he made his way inside

Inside the Dojo

Y/N entered the dojo where he was greeted by the miyagi do's

"Hey Y/N" greeted Eli who fisted bumped Y/N and he did the same for Demetri and he hugged Sam

"Hey guys....so does anyone know why Mr larusso wanted us here?". He asked but they all shook their heads

"Ah Great Y/M you're here" Daniel said walking outside

"Alright everyone, gather around." Daniel says as everyone gathered around and looked up at Daniel

"It's great to see you all back here especially you Y/N" Daniel says genuinely surprising Y/N but non the less Y/N simply nodded

"You know, we had one goal going into the All Valley Beat Cobra Kai even tho miyagi do didn't win but still have Y/N to thank for not letting Cobra Kai win" Daniel says as everyone gave as round applause

"Thanks guys" Y/N says

"As far as the rest of the tournament,
well, it just didn't go our way We said we'd close our dojo if we lost And
that's what we're going to do As of today, I am shutting down Miyagi-Do Karate" Daniel says surprising everyone including Y/N

"What?" Sam says

"Wait. Mr. LaRusso" Y/N tries to say but was cut off by Daniel

"I know that's not what you were hoping to hear, but with everything going on at Cobra Kai, continuing to operate Miyagi-Do only leaves a target on your backs Guys"

"Mr Larusso we can handle ourselves you Don't have to shut down the dojo" Y/N was trying to tell him

"I'm sorry Y/N but I do I have to keep you safe, okay? Just remember what you've learned This dojo may be closing,
but Miyagi-Do lives inside each and every one of you still" Daniel says looking everyone but mainly at Y/N

"Great. Guess I'm getting a summer job" Demetri complains as everyone left except for Y/N and Sam

"Dad, this can't be your plan" Sam says

"Sam's right Mr Larusso....you can't just quit we can help you" Y/N tells Daniel

"I know you're both disappointed but this is something I have to do on my own" Daniel tells them two

"I just wanna make things right This wouldn't be happening if I hadn't lost to Tory This is all my fault" Sam says sadly

"It's not your fault Sam I've told you this already the fight could have gone either way" Y/N reassures her placing his hand on her shoulder

"Y/N's right Sam It's my fault With Johnny gone, it's on me to fix this I reached out to Chozen because this isn't about a tournament anymore This is real life" Daniel says

"But, Dad, we can fight"

"This isn't your guy's fight, Sam I know firsthand that Silver isn't afraid of putting kids in harm's way I have to keep all of you out of it" Daniel tells them

"Mr Larusso -" Y/N tries to say

"So, please, just......Just trust me on this" Daniel tells the both of them as he left leaving the two Alone

"Ugh this sucks" Sam says in frustration

"Tell me about"

"Hey Sam are you mad about your dad or Miguel"

"Both.... dad's keeping me out of the fight and Miguel's off in Mexico looking for this criminal Father no telling what he's probably getting himself into"

"Sam look I know your worried about everything but look it's summer vacation we can't keep letting this karate war nonsense keep running out lives maybe stepping away from it is a good thing" Y/N says and Sam took a deep breath

"Yeah I guess your right.... I'm just worry about Miguel" Sam admits with clear worry in her voice

"I know I'm worried too...but we have to remember Miguel can handle himself" Y/N tells her trying to calm her nerves

"Thanks Y/N" Sam says with a smile

"No problem...but hey I've gotta meet Moon at the park you wanna join?" Y/N asked but Sam only shook her head

"No I wanna be alone right now" Sam tells him

"You sure?" He asked

"Yeah thanks Y/N seriously I'll be fine"

"Okay I'll catch you later Larusso"

"See ya around Barnes" Sam said her goodbye as Y/N Left

With Tory

Tory was sitting in her room looking at her trophy

"Is this trophy actually mine?" She asked herself putting the trophy down and picked her phone and scrolled through her contacts till she stopped at Y/N's name

At The Park

Y/N was though the park on his phone as he walked by some people they said hi or freaked out seeing the all valley champion but then his phone rings

"It's Tory" Y/N says as he answered

"Uh hey Tory what's up?"

"Hey Y/N are you doing anything right now?"

"Um I'm just taking a stroll though the park not really doing anything in particular why what's up?" He asked he could tell by her voice she was off

"You sure your not busy?" She asked

"No no Tory what's up...you sound off"
Y/N says

"I just need someone to talk to right now you guys think we can meet up and talk?" Tory asked

"I'm at at the park you want to meet us here?" he asked

"Yeah definitely I'll see you guys in a little bit" she tells him

"Wonder what's up with her I guess I'll find out" to says to himself

Sometime Later

Y/N was sitting on a bench when be Tory walking up to him

"Tory hey" Y/N greeted and fist bumped Y/N

"No problem so what's up it seems like you have a lot of your mind?" Y/N says as the two began walking on the park's pathway

"It's just need some time to get away from everything Robby's off with his dad and after everything that happened with Sensei Kreese going to jail it's I'm stressed " Tory tells him

"Well why don't you just take a break from karate for a while?" Y/N Suggested

"Because then what.... karate is kinda what gives my life structure it's what gives me determination I can't just quit" she admits

"Yeah I can understand that" Y/N says seeing her point of view as the two sat down on a picnic table.

"I just don't know what to do" Tory tells him

"Look Tory I know I can't tell you what to do but if you need time to step way from things I wouldn't judge you and I'm pretty sure Robby would say the same thing....life is about balance"

"Balance?"

"Yeah I was taught.... balance isn't killing for karate only Tory it's a lesson for you to us throughout your whole life if you have that balance everything will be better" Y/N says wisely

"Wow when did you get so wise?" Tory says in a joking manner

"Don't know I guess it just.....came to me" he joked back making Tory laugh"

"Maybe your right" Tory tells him

"HEY ASSHOLES" both Y/N and Tory looked over to see a teen boy who looked around a year younger then the both of them walking up to a group of five guys

"The hell's that guy's deal" Tory asked

"I have no clue" Y/N answered

With a Teen boy

The young teen walked up to the group of older teens

"Hey I'm talking to you punk" the kid said as he pushed one of the older teens getting their attention

"What do you want ya little puny punk" the leader of the older teens asked

"Which one of you assholes called my sister a bitch?" He asked in anger

"That'd be me" the leader answered with a smirk

"Well you need to apologize now" the kid says making all of them laugh

"And what if I don't?" The leader asked and his question was answered when the kid punched him across the face surprising his friends And the leader spits out some blood and walked up to the kid who was backing up and punched him across the face

The younger teen feel to the ground in pain as he was suddenly getting kicked by the older teens

"Hey leave him Alone" came the voice of Y/N with Tory standing next to him

"Yeah now back off" Tory tells them

"Hey unless you want what he's having mind your own business"

"And what if I don't?"

The leader walked up to Y/N getting into his face

"Or else I'll be using your teeth for dice" he threaded but it didn't faze Y/N as him and Tory where surrounded by the older teens

"If it your best shot" Y/N tells him as one of the teen smirked at Tory

"Hey cutie wanna come with us?"

He asked about to place his hand on Tory's waist but Tory grabs his wrist and twists it, making the guy kneel in pain

"How about you leave us and that kid alone asshole". Tory says, but the guy in pain smirks slightly as three other guys surround them

"Y/N?"

"Hey we have them a warning"

He says, kicking the first guy away onto his back

"Get em". He says the third and fourth guy ran at them. Y/N blocked the third guys attacks, managing to grab his arm and elbows him in his side and punching square in the face, knocking him out

Meanwhile Tory kicks the Fourth Guy away and the fourth Guy ran at the down kid threw random punches at him but Tory easily blocked the attacks as the fourth guy throws the last punch ducks under his swing getting behind him and followed up by kicking him the back of his leg making him fall on one knee and Y/N ran up and knee's the guy in the face knocking him out.

"Wow, I'd say we are pretty badass up top." He said, holding up his hand for a high five, to which his friend giggled and high fives him.

"I guess we are badasses, aren't we?" She says, giggling

"Hey you think this is over" the leader guy said finally getting back up and running at Y/N and Tory was about to intervene but Y/N held her back as the guy ran at him swinging a punch at Y/N but ducks under the swing grabbing the Guy by his waist lifting him up and slamming him back down onto the ground

"You guys want some more?" He asked and they all shook their heads and ran off and both Y/N and Tory went to check onto the kid

"Hey you okay man?" Y/N asked him helping him up

"Y-yeah thanks I....wait I recognize you two....you're Y/N and Tory the all valley champions" the younger teen says excitingly

"Uh yeah we are but that's not important right now are you okay?"

"Y-yeah of course I'm more then fine" he says his mood suddenly brighten confusing both Y/N and Tory

"Well if your okay we're Gonna just go and word of advice don't pick fights you know your not gonna win" Y/N says as he and Tory where around to walk away

"Hey wait wait" the kid said making Y/N and Tory stop in Their tracks

"What is it is?" Y/N asked

I was wondering was that, like, Tae Kwon Do or jujitsu or MMA or something?" The kid asked trying to find out what kind of fighting style Y/N was using

"It's karate" Y/N answered simply

"Uh Do you think you could teach me?" The kid asked surprising Y/N

"What? Uh I Don't think so" Y/N answered simply crossing his arms

"Come on, when school starts, those guys are gonna make my life miserable" the kid said

"Look kid not trying to be rude or anything but It's not my problem" Y/N

"What? If I just knew a little bit of what you knew then I would be" The mid tried to say but was cut off by Y/N

"Look kid Forget it. Trust me your better off" Y/N says making the kid frown and lowers his head

"O-okay I understand Sorry for bothering you guys" the kid said before leaving and Y/N had to admit he felt a little bad

"You think I did the right thing?" He asked Tory

"Don't know if you asked me it wouldn't hurt to teach the kid a thing or two" Tory says as Y/N watched the kid walk away

With Y/N at Moon's house

Y/N was chilling with Moon in her backyard by her pool and he was telling her everything that happened today including the kid that asked Y/N to train him

"You always have trouble follow you babe" Moon says shaking her head

"Hey it actually wasn't my fault this Time" Y/N says as Moon cuddled into him on the couch that was outside

"I know babe I'm just joking......but what are Gonna do about that kid?" Moon asked and Y/N thought about it for a moment

"I....don't know Moon I mean I don't even know if I'll be able to teach him properly" he admits

"Hey look at me...last summer you remember when I told you that'd maybe one day you could be a Sensei and maybe even own your own dojo?" She asked

"Yeah I remember" He answered

"Well look at this opportunity as a test drive to see if you have what it takes to do and ya know what I have complete Faith that you can do it" Moon tells them truthfully cupping his cheek

"You really think I can do it?" He asked

"I do" she answered confidently

Cut to elsewhere

"ALEX" yells a female voice yells upstairs

"What?" The kid now named Alex answered coming down the stairs

"someone's at the door for you" his mom said as Alex walked up to the door and was surprised to see Y/N standing at the front door

"Uh hey Y/N how did you-" Y/N held up a backpack with Alex's name under the strap

"Forgot it at the park" Y/N said handing it to Alex

"Thanks" Alex says simply

"I gonna ask you one question?"

"What is it?" Alex asked

"Why did you try and fight those guys?" Y/N asked

"I.....I over Heard my sister talking to my mom about some guys that have been harassing her everyday after her gym workout so I decided to down there and handle it" Alex says making Y/N chuckle

"You've got guts I'll give you that Alex" Y/N says after thinking for a moment

"Yeah my mom said it was stupid"

"Well she was right" it was dangerous ya know what if I wasn't there to help

"Yeah I know"

"Look Alex I've been thinking and after some convincing I've agreed to train you" Y/N says making Alex give a huge smile

"Really that's awesome thank you so much Y/N you won't regret it I promise you" Alex says excitingly

"Are you sure you're ready? 'Cause once you go down this path, there's no turning back" Y/N Says

"You're gonna be my karate teacher?" Alex asked

"No I'm gonna be your mentor I'm gonna teach you the style of karate that was taught to me" Y/N tells him

"I'm not just gonna teach you how to conquer your fears I'm gonna teach you how to awaken the snake within you.
And once you do that, you'll be the one who's feared You'll build strength You'll learn discipline and balance And when the time is right you'll have THE HEART OF A WARRIOR"
