Y/N was on the sparring Deck of the dojo doing kata movements

while he was doing the movements he didn't notice Y/N walk in and Alex looked around the dojo in awe as Y/N finished his kata and turned to Alex

"Well well look who's on time for his First day" Y/N says walking off the deck

"That karate you were doing?" Alex asked out of curiosity

"Uh not exactly it's called kata" Y/N corrected

"where's the punching?" Alex asked making Y/N chuckle as he took a sip of his water bottle

I thought the same thing once but I've learned karate isn't all punching and kicking It's actually more about balance" Y/N explained

"Balance?" Alex questions

"Yeah I was taught in order to have balance in life you must have balance in yourself" Y/N wisely Said

"That didn't even really look like karate" Alex comments

Blueprints don't actually look like houses either, do they?" Y/N asked

"What do you mean?" Alex questions

"kata It's the foundation of my miyagi do" Y/N told the younger teen

"It's cool" Alex says with a genuine smile

"Yeah it is but hey your Ready to get started?" Y/N asked and Alex got excited at This

"Heck yeah so where do we start" Alex asked full of energy to get started

"I'm glad you asked" Y/N says handing a piece of paper with chores on it making Alex instantly frown

"What's this?" Alex asked in confusion

"You're training" Y/N answered simply

"You're joking right?" Alex asked in disbelief

"Nope" Y/N said once again in a simple tone

"But I thought you'd be teaching me karate?" Alex asked

"I am....now I want you to wash all the windows and wax all of the cars in the front.....oh and make sure you sand the sparring Deck and most importantly our fench needs to be painted" Y/N explained and Alex had a annoyed look on his face Which Y/N expected

"Y/N you can't be serious right now" Alex asked once again

"I am" Y/N answered again

"But-"

"Do you trust me?" Y/N asked

"Well......yeah" Alex answered

"Then get these chores done trust me it will be worth it in the end" Y/N says patting Alex's shoulder making his way out of the dojo

"Where are you going?"

"I've got some stuff to do today but don't worry I'll be back later today if you have any questions shoot me a text or call me"

"But-" before Alex could get out what he had to say Y/N was already gone

"Great just great" Alex groans putting up a paint brush and starts to paint the fence

Y/N was handing out with his friends Eli, Demetri and Miguel who came back from Mexico

"Sweet. Thanks, Aurora Tell Rico I said hey" Hawk says as he gave the woman a fist bump as Demetri threw hawk his shirt

"Wow. Man, you are really going all-in on Miyagi-Do, huh?" Demetri says making hawk chuckle

"It's a lotus flower Symbolizes a new beginning, which is what I have now plus

"It works" Demetri says as both of them look to see Y/N finished getting his own tattoo's

"How do they look?" Y/N asked showing his back tattoo

"Woah" both hawk and Demetri say

"Badass dude not gotta lie" hawk comments looking at the tattoo

"Yeah but why that?" Demetri asked

"It symbolizes the combination of both my miyagi do half and my eagle fang half combining into one which is basically me now"

"Ohhhh that's deep but what about the one on your wrist?" Hawk asked as they looked at his wrist

"It symbolizes my strong roots in miyagi do after all it was the first style of karate I learned" he told the two making them chuckle

"Seems reasonable" Demetri says as Y/N looked over to Miguel who looked frustrated

"Hey, Miguel You good?" Demetri asked getting his friends attention

"Yeah. Uh, tired from the trip is all" Miguel says getting up from his seat and walked over to them

"Yeah, you spent how many hours in a car with Robby?" Hawk says

"I've never seen you around him
without a John Wick-style fight" Demetri added

"For sensei's sake, I'm trying not to let it get to that"

"Even if he deserves it?" Y/N says suddenly

"According to Robby says he's done with Cobra Kai"

"Is that Sam? She finally text back?" Hawk asked

"Yeah. Says she wants to, uh, talk tonight" Miguel says and Y/N, Demetri and Hawk hiss confusing Miguel

"What's wrong?" He asked his friends

"What did she say exactly?" Hawk asked

"We should talk tonight." Miguel reads the text

"What?" Y/N says in concern

"It says, "We should talk?"Miguel reads the text message again and Demetri shake his head

"Oh, brother, you're in deep" Demetri says

"She's right. We should talk Last time we spoke, we had a fight"

"Yeah, but "We should talk" is code for "I want to break up." Demetri explains

"What? It is?" Miguel asked in shock and he had fear written on his face

"Okay let's not get ahead of ourselves and go assuming it doesn't necessarily mean break up take Moon for example she's really big on communication" Y/N explains

"Maybe Sam does just wanna talk?" Hawk adds to Y/N's statement

"No, no. We need more information Uh, we should send a trial balloon" Demetri says taking Miguel's phone and texted Sam

"Something that puts the ball in her court" Y/N adds

"Good idea" Demetri says sending the text

"Can't wait to see you tonight."

"Um, oh put "How are you?" Y/N says

"That's good" hawk adds

"It's gonna be fine. It's fine" Demetri says sending the text

Sam was sitting with Yasmine, Moon and Emily in a local diner as Sam's cell phone chimes and Yasmine chuckles as she reads the text and handed it back to Sam

"Desperate But cute" Yasmine says

"He knows he's in deep shit" Emily adds taking a drink of her coke

"I just I feel like things have been off lately There's so much I wanna say.

Yasmine says taking Sam's phone and texted back Miguel

"I'm with Yas. It's better to have these conversations in person when me and Y/N when thought our hard time we made up in person and it really helped thr both of us" Moon says

as sam texted back and both Miguel and Demetri sighed

"Yeah, man, she is not okay" hawk adds

plus a charm for every fight we have She can barely lift her arm now" Demetri explains as they ever a jewelery store

"Actually, it's been reduced" the woman says getting Miguel's hopes up

"Reduced?" Miguel questions

"Great. How much?" Y/N asked

"After tax, $182" the woman says and Miguel signed knowing he's Gonna have to come out of pocket on this One

"Do you maybe have one with fewer tentacles?" Hawk says making Y/N chuckle till his eyes landed on something

"Excuse me how much is this one" Y,/N asked pointing at a particular necklace

"Oh that's a good one take a look" the woman says taking it out of its case

Sometime later hawk's house

Y/N and the rest of the guys minus Miguel who went to go meet Sam where at hawk's place playing video games

"Shit I'm late" Y/N says getting up to leave

"What's up man our games Next we need you" Demetri says

"Sorry guys I'd promise my dad I'd hang with him later today and I'm running late"

"Oh I see..... well we'll catch you later man" Y/N fist bumped both binary brothers and made his way to his dad's furniture store

Mike's Furniture Store

Y/N pulled into a parking stop of his dad's store as he was walking up to the store he heard loud noises coming from the store and when Y/N entered the store he saw a man kick his dad into a table

"What the hell?" Y/N says in anger as he ran to his father's rescue

"Chozen, no!" Came the voice of Daniel

"They show no mercy, we show them no mercy!" The Asian man now named chozen says as he steps on Mike's leg making him yell in pain

"No, you don't understand!" Daniel tells Chozen desperately

"What do you mean?" Chozen asked as he suddenly was kick in his side and before Chozen could react to what happened Y/N threw a punch at Chozen but Chozen blocked the attack easily but Y/MN followed but the punch with a spin kick with landed on Chozen's gut but it didn't seem to faze the man as Chozen goes to punch Y/N In the face but Chozen's fist was caught by Mike who pushed Chozen back

"Hands off my son" Mike says as he took off his suit jacket

Mike threw furious punches at Chozen who managed to block the attacks but then Mike goes for a kick but Chozen blocks the attack but Mike followed up with back fist to Chozen's face staggering the man but that's when Daniel came in grabbing both of their arms and twisted them making them stop fighting

"Guys, whoa! Stop! Just stop! Chozen, he didn't attack me He's on the same side"

"Wait a minute. This guy's with you? What the hell, Daniel?"

"This is just a giant misunderstanding

"Oh. If this is misunderstanding you better call ambulance" Chozen tells them

Outside

Four men where's all groaning in pain and Daniel, Mike and Y/N all looked at Chozen

"I really hope these guys get a raise after this" Y/N says shaking his head

Back inside

Daniel, Mike and Chozen where sitting down and talking about sliver but Y/N was off to the side since the adults didn't want him involved after they where done talking mike called him over to them

"You don't need to leave me out the conversation ya know?" He says crossing his arms

"I know Y/N but like I said back at miyagi do this isn't your fight it's summer vacation and I don't want you getting wrapped up in all of this mess" Daniel tells him

"Yeah I get it" Y/N says understandingly

"My apologies for attacking your father Y/N-San"

"Yeah no....wait a minute aren't you the old guy I saw at the cemetery before I went to the tournament?" Y/N questions making Chozen nod

"Yes and I must congratulate you for winning the tournament"

"Uh yeah thanks but can you guy's at least tell me why you attacked my dad?"

"Well that was eventful" Mike says standing next to his son
