"Now why is that familiar..." Megatron glared at Starscream who cowered.
"Yes, because he had quite the arrogance to believe himself better than our master, brother." Skyquake spat out.
"That indeed." agreed Dreadwing.
"I am tired of your insolence and your scurryings in the dark." Megatron gritted his teeth.
"And I am tired of your infernal chattering!" Tarantulas then declared "I am no longer part of your command." This began to infuriate Megatron even more.
"Ooooh, the audacity..." Knockout commented.
"That bot's cold slag." Quickstrike commented.
"I'm going to extinguish your Spark one atom at a time." Megatron threatened, throttling Tarantulas.
"Losing your only chance to survive the alien return?" Tarantulas retorted. "I think not." he wickedly cackled.
"What if the aliens never come?" Megatron asked.
"They will come. They always come. And this time it will be soon..." he cackled manically.
Megatron hated to admit it, but he needed Tarantulas. Even if the mad genius was a disrespectful little slag to him.
"Thankfully, my 'ancestor' is not short-sighted." Megatron commented.
Meanwhile, under surveiliance by the Axalon, Dinobot suggested "We must take the Beast Wars to Megatron now!"
"We may need him and his bozos to take out whatever those planet busters are sending." Rattrap suggested next.
"I agree with Dinobot." Primal said. "Our last truce was a joke. Megatron must be stopped now. We can't fight him and the aliens."
[Warning. Spatial anomaly detected.]
The anomaly looked and appeared rather disturbing for the Maximals.
"Looks like we don't have a choice." Rhinox notified.
The Autobots and the Renegatrons looked at with intrigue. They usually team up with each other on the grounds of battling threats bigger than their leaders combined, from Unicron.
As the Predacons prepare placing posts around the canyon, even on the plants.
Prime snapped a nerve seeing an innocent life form being crushed by the Predacon's machinations. It reminded him how the Decepticons even slaughtered the Cybertronian cyber-life for what little Energon they had.
...Megatron piped up out curiosity in Tarantulas' willingness to aid them. "Excellent. But I'm curious about one thing. If you are no longer part of my command, why do you aid me now?"
"I have my reasons." Tarantulas merely explained.
Blackarachnia stepped in "He hates the aliens. He wants to destroy them. Totally." in full explanation.
"How do you know that?!" Tarantulas asked snapped to Blackarachnia.
"We shared minds remember?" She reminded. "You'd be surprised what I know about you."
"So you act out of hate! Excellent." Megatron hammed. "That's an emotion I can trust." then he asked. "Is all in readiness?"
"This time, the aliens will get a welcome they didn't expect." Tarantulas sneered.
"Megatron!!!" Primal arrived alone.
"Another stand-off? But you plan to team up with the Preds to deal with the aliens, so I don't think you're there to fight them." commented Ultra Magnus.
"Leave here Primal." Megatron demanded. "I will deal with this."
"Like you did last time? Dream on." The Maximals popped out of cover.
"All units- MAXIMIZE!" They all transformed and readied weapons.
"Predacons- TERRORIZE!" they did the same. Megatron snapped his head right "Inferno!"
"The invaders come, Royalty!" Inferno notified. He jumps off some vines nearing upon him when the vines grow, thicken, expand and manifest into a dome. Another burst of alien energy falls upon the dome, manifesting it to a glowing structure of white with green hilts.
The audience, most of them began to elicit 'ooohs'.
"Seems like the aliens got themselves some nice architecture there." Bulkhead commented.
"For once, that obviousness is ignored, Bulk." Wheeljack said.
"Incredible!" Megatron awed.
Everyone stared in awe and shock when the alien dome began to power up and unleash a flash of blinding light, the likes that had taken Primal, Megatron and the Predacons. Leaving the Maximals alone and out cold as a result of the light.
The Orb suddenly cuts off, leaving the Autobots in shock.
