Back aboard the Nemesis...
"A little tension, yess!" Megatron gloated as he saw Rampage fighting Depth Charge. "Status report!" he snapped.
"Power cells aproaching maximum!" Dinobot announced.
Preparing their swords, Depth Charge and Rampage swim towards each other, yet Depth Charge had the first strike, then bounced off a rock towards Rampage, yet the latter raised a wall of Raw Energon that Depth Charge barged through, giving the manical Predacon room to dodge Depth Charge coming towards him. Once the latter landed he glared at Rampage who was behind him.
But as the Nemesis' power levels rise...
"Power at maximum." Dinobot announced.
"'And as it were a great mountain, raging with fire, arose from the sea.'" Megatron quoted.
Megatron smirked. He remembered the Prime whose name sake he took after: Megatronus Prime, the very one who made that quote.
"Megatronus Prime, as I recall..." Knockout stated.
"Thrusters on-line!" Megatron ordered.
"That ain't good." Silverbolt commented.
"No. It's worse." Jetfire corrected.
As the Nemesis flickers to operational capacity, Rampage then slashes at Depth Charge. He blocked, yet Rampage's might was too strong that he dragged the blade right at his shoulder.
"I was your assignment, and you failed." Rampage taunted.
"HAHAHAHAHA! TEAR THAT SEA FLOOR MAT OPEN, RAMPAGE!" Thunderblast shouted, cheering for Rampage.
"NO! GET OUT AND TEAR THAT CRAB APART, DEPTH CHARGE!" Warpath cheered.
Depth Charge then pushed Rampage off, knocking him off balance and jumped at him, stabbing his sword right at Rampage's Spark, yet the latter struggled against it.
"Raw Energon! Right through your twisted Spark!" Depth Charge spat out.
Rampage tried to resist yet Depth Charge continued his vengeful banter "Take it! Take it straight to the Pit, you sickening piece of slag!"
To Depth Charge's surprise, Rampage removed his hands, purposefully exposing himself defenselessly as he laughed manically.
"What are you doing?! Rip out Depth Charge's optics!" Starscream cheered.
'Transmutate... I'm coming home....' Rampage thought out amidst his psychotic laughter.
Depth Charge plunged the raw Energon right at Rampage's Spark, causing a nuclear-like explosion that knocked Primal and Tigerhawk clear.
However in the process, Dinobot was affected by the explosion, feeling the Dinobot of before returning to him as he mentally flickered back and forth from his Transmetal II form to his original form.
Grimlock, Dreadwing and Predaking looked in shock.
"Is Dinobot... turning back to his old self now?" Grimlock asked.
"It may seem so." Predaking answered.
"These are DepthCharge's last coordinates, but I'm not getting a..." Primal gathered his bearings.
"Base to Optimus!" Rhinox hailed "Status report a massive detonation of unknown type at your location! What's the status?"
"He's done it! Depth Charge has done it! It's all over!"
Relieved, the Maximals cheered.
"Fools! The Nemesis is still intact!" Megatron barked.
"Yee-ah-ha! Ain't I always said that tin minnow is one of my favorite people?" Rattrap asked.
"Don't I know it." Arcee rolled her optics.
"Optimus..." Tigerhawk pointed.
Primal looked in shock, as what surfaced from above the water was not only of Rampage's remains, but also Depth Charge's.
The Autobots and Renegatrons cut short of their cheering.
"I guess this is a tie..." Starscream said.
"Definitely, Starscream." Jetfire agreed.
"But I'm afraid that Depth Charge... has paid the ultimate price." Primal sadly announced.
This shocked the Maximals. Depth Charge had fallen.
Yet something else arose from the ocean...
"I told you, you assuming fools! I told you!" Megatron yelled.
"Holy Primus..." Sideswipe breathed out...
"By the Code of Primus. The Nemesis!" Primal gasped.
The Nemesis has come online, bearing forth the voice of Trypticon...
"NEMESIS STANDING BY."
May Primus help them all.
The Orb cuts shortly afterwards....
