fragile. Slowly, she lifted her head, her violet eyes searching Aria’s own.

"Call me Victoria."

Aria pressed her lips together before her gaze softened.

"Victoria."

"Yes?" Victoria’s response was immediate, her grip tightening on the fabric of Aria’s clothes.

"It’s over now," Aria murmured gently.

Victoria said nothing, simply resting her head against Aria’s chest. The steady rhythm of her heartbeat filled the silence, grounding her.

"...Mhm."
