I nodded. She was right, and standing around was doing absolutely no one any favours. “Good point. Firstly... Helena, I need you to make a hole for a grave, can you do that?”

Her eyes widened but she nodded. “A grave?!”

“I found another Elemental upstairs... but he died soon after I found him.” After burying the deformed Elemental under the shade of a tree beside the factory Helena left some of our supplies with the Elemental girls and, with Blake behind the wheel, we were off once more to find Malum. Hopefully with the Val and Cara still breathing and sane.

I tried to make it a bit longer, but I had a lot of trouble writing this chapter. It was a bit of a filler but hopefully not too boring. Do you think Derrek was right in wanting to leave the two girls there without a second thought? Or was he being unreasonable?
