For generations, Humans born with a specific mark would be sent to the vampire king in return to be free of the vampire's reign of terror for a few decades until the next marked human.

While no human unfortunately understands why these marked humans exist or why the vampires favor them most humans think that they taste the most delicious or give them more strength to the vampires making them more wanted by the creatures of the night.

But regardless the humans keep their part in the deal as it's now tradition.

Unfortunately katsuki finds himself part of this strange tradition in his village as he's born with this mark in which binds him to the vampires.

But katsuki has a plan to get rid of the vampire king and plans to follow through with it.

Or so he thinks.

As during his stay in the vampire kingdom it begins to seem that the king isn't so bad as the stories claim and soon Bakugo will have to decide where his loyalties lie.
