Basically, Sasuke is married to Sakura and Naruto is married to Hinata, but a few months ago Sasuke and Naruto had an affair and Sasuke was pregnant with Naruto's child though they were married they kept it a secret so Sasuke would go to their rented house they used to have the affair, and Naruto would come check up on him and see how's the baby doing. They haven't told their wives yet, half on Konha knew that Sakura was cheating on Sasuke, so they didn't mind and they already shipped them but 5 of the villagers didn't accept because they were worried about Hinata and the kids.
