Tsuri Asui (Tsuyu's villain sister)

It had been at least five years since Tsuyu had last seen her missing twin sister. Tsuri had gone missing after a villain attack back when they were around five or six years old. Tsuri however hadn't perished. She is now living with the league of villains. Tsuri has a quirk that can only be described as a mutation and a udder horror.
