Timeline: After Episode 10

After Ashley gets voted out, Jake suddenly feels a need to be more responsible of his actions, leading him to repair/create new bonds with the people around him. Tom, however, also feels as though he needs to start taking the game seriously after the 'Glue' of the alliance has been voted off. How will both of their values affect how they play the game? Will there continue to be tension, or will Tom and Jake finally reconcile?
