The story follows Colton, the son of Meteor Man, a legendary hero who had once been one of the most powerful beings on Earth. Colton inherits his father's abilities and, after undergoing intense training, steps into the role of a hero. His powers, which include superhuman strength, flight, and solar energy manipulation, grow stronger with exposure to radiation, eventually putting him on par with some of the universe's most formidable beings.
