You and Bucky make a bet on who can take down more agents for a year. Whoever wins gets what they desire most. For you, it's Bucky being your personal assistant for a month. For Bucky, it's a date with you, every night for a month.

Yes this is inspired by Jake and Amy's bet from Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
