Presley Zane was diagnosed with cancer at age 14. Her father was devastated with the news, shortly after the death of his wife Lana.

Presley has five months to live but will that be enough? She goes into the hospital in the fifth month and is dying fast. Shes taken to Heaven to decide her decision : live or die. sure you would think living would be better but would it? knowing that someone you loved would die no matter what you choose?

But there's a delay. Somethings happened to Presley, and with limited time to decide, will she be able to give her decision to the officer of the gates before it's to late?

What will her choice be, if, she makes it out to tell it?
