Rebekah Gallagher is the daughter of Frank and Monica. She is the older sister to Fiona Gallagher, Phillip, Ian, Carl, Debbie and Liam Gallagher. Rebekah raised her siblings to the best of her abilities while Fiona got drunk with Frank. She raised her siblings on her own when her mother walked out and Fiona was too busy getting high to help take care of them.

Rebekah Gallagher and her family move to New York after an unfortunate circumstance that happened in Chicago and she transfers to the 99th Precinct where she also meets the new captain.
