Katherine Langford is at the '13 Reasons Why' premiere when she hears people start yelling out for someone. She finds out they are yelling for Selena Gomez as she is getting out of the limo to walk the red carpet. Katherine then notices that the cameras that were on her have now turned to Selena. Katherine doesn't like that Selena is stealing the spotlight from her and everyone else there so she begins to develop a plan to teach Selena a lesson.
