Addilyn has been on her own her whole life. She was given away at birth and grew up moving to foster home to foster home. Experiencing abuse and rape, she ran away from her foster home when she was only fifteen years old and raised herself, living on the street. Now twenty two years old, Addilyn lives her life, doing drugs and squatting in empty houses.

Ashton a very successful engineer who works in construction, juggles work, while practically raising his son on his own, and dealing with his snobby baby mama. Just when he thought he had enough on his shoulders, he finds Addilyn a drug addict, and can't help but to want to help her. In the midst of helping her, she opens a whole new world for him and the two end up falling for each other.
