The Cosmic Time Police Xoulerions and Salerians is a very powerful Time Police Force that polices the universes timelines and ensure that Time laws are followed and not broken. Criminals who break Time laws can be arrested and imprisoned in a Time Whirlwind or Time Chamber. Certain beings are imprisoned in the Ice Vortex or Screaming Flames for breaking time laws. Led by Black Genioux, with millions of Time Police, they are sent on assignment by the High Legends against a group called the Dark Cosmio Astroflames who are in league with the Dark Time Zoulexions to attempt to create their own Wind Cyber Clock. With their leader being a Dark Zoulexion, Black Genioux has to assemble a team of superheroes to help him and the Time Police stop the Dark Cosmio Astroflames who has a terrifying plan in action.
