Ria has always known the legends. The story that one day a great disaster will strike her hometown, the quiet city of Anatolio. She doubts what the people say about the oceans turning to molten silver and the sun getting so hot that the skies glow golden on the days before the disaster comes. Ria doesn't believe in legendary Pokemon, or Spirits, or even that she is "Special" But all of that changes on the Summer Solstice, during the festival where each new trainer receives his or her first Pokemon.
