When Jean-Ralphio gets a girlfriend, 23-year old Emily Brooks, his friends and family couldn't be happier. And his father, Lu Saperstein, couldn't be more relieved since he'd been begging him and Mona to move out.

It seems like everything is good. That is, until a woman claiming to be the twins' mother shows up in Pawnee.

While Jean and Mona are ecstatic to finally meet their mother, Lu is worried.

When Tom questions him, it turns out he's been keeping a family secret for years.

With the help of his friends, Tom attempts to unravel the craziness that is the Saperstein family.
