Emmerson Rath survives the second Titan War. Just barely. Her life seemed to get better once she got claimed. She was quickly proved wrong, however, when her father suddenly passed away.

Haunted by war and suffocating from loneliness, Emmerson needs a break. She decides to leave camp to get away from the demigod gig for a while. Somehow, being a homeless orphan in Gotham City seems more favorable.
