In The Weeds

Avery is a runaway from home. A 15 year old making the journey from his splat on the map hometown in Pennsylvania to West Virginia. No destination in mind. Just away from his step mother and father.

But during a trip through an Appalachian trail to a town with a railroad. He stumbles upon the rotting, mutilated corpse of a person, the cause of death unknown. To him, whoever they were was probably mauled by a bear. But unbeknownst to Avery, this single event will bring both friend and foe onto his adventure.
