Hades' Daughter

Cascadia Karas always seems to cause trouble wherever she goes. Cas has been kicked out of three schools in the past year alone and her family has had to move twice. Cas' mother decides to move their family as far away from the rest of the civilized United States to a small system of islands called Trith which are hopelessly unremarkable.
At Trith, Cascadia tries again to avoid trouble, but for some reason trouble always seems to find her. Cas' unnaturally good looks may be as much a part of the attraction factor for trouble as are her many hidden talents. Cas knows it's not normal to be able to call shadows or raise dead animals, but she can, which makes avoiding trouble even harder.
