Gone with the wind

I couldn't believe what happened. It was not as if I lost enough in my life already... So why are these two here wanting to adopt me? It was their fault that I lost everything. All that I ever wanted was living my life and becoming a hero.

Is that regret that I am seeing in their eyes? Why are they looking at me like this?

Are they not happy for what they have done to me?

At least leave me be!
