Reigen Arataka lived a pretty difficult life, considering that he was just adopted (kidnapped) by two fish named George and Dream. He was the only human living in the ocean and he had to adapt to the life of the sea. His fish fathers "trained" him to breathe underwater (it was borderline water boarding.) Reigen eventually evolved into the lovely, sexy, handsome mermaid that he is today. He crosses paths with the young, attractive, well known, British Harry Styles, and a beautiful romance begins to blossom. This is the journey of Reigen and Harry learning to live and laugh and love in the sea, together forever.
