Here in Railwood, the town is separated. The good side, where there is richness and good people and the bad side, where there are criminals and the poor. Haze is a teenage girl from the good side of Railwood. All her life ahead of her and Cory Stevens is a serial killer from the bad side of Railwood who flees to the good side in attempt to hide away from the police. Now living in Hazes basement he must come to terms with being a normal teenage boy while falling in love and not getting into trouble - which is his best talent.

Railwood is a fictional town in Atlanta Georgia, it gets its name from having an old and unused railway track spread across the town. It separates the good half of Railwood and the bad half of Railwood. Cory Stevens and his best friend Jake Montgomery are from the bad side, whereas Hazel Stewarts and Ellie Williams are from the good side.
