Issei hyoudo or should I say issei von cypher son of bill cypher. Issei was born and created by ??? von cypher (last name is from bill cypher)to inherit his power.

??? von cypher is the single being that keeps the dragon gods in check if he was not there the dragon gods would take their fight to the human world. He personally doesn't want to but does it anyway because he made a promise to his friend the former biblical god.

Issei von cypher (I added the bin to make it fancy) was left to die after his adopted parents was murdered in-front of him . ??? von cypher saved his son as he was of age to inherit and train his power after all he was the sole heir to the cypher to inherit the power ??? Von cypher must give up half of his power to give it to him so he would let the power of ??? von cypher grow in him and eventually ??? Von cypher will give him the rest of his power to make him the ultimate dragon god that even surpass him.

The power ??? give issei will grow to the strength of ??? at full power plus the rest of ??? von cyphers power after he gets back to full power will make him 2x stronger than bill cypher and he will still grow in power as his max power is 4x times of ??? von cyphers thanks to him being a dragon god made of pure power that literally no one can beat.

And no lemon I can't write that type of story as my account is kid friendly and I don't know how to write lemon so yeah.
