Coreopsis [Tweek x Craig]

Craig Tucker was fine with being in a fake relationship. Even though his feelings are real, he didn't mind pretending. He loved Tweek, and as long he was happy, so was Craig.

Or so he thought, until a certain night his throat started itching.

Tweek and Craig have been pretending to be a couple since they were 10. Unknowingly to Tweek though, Craig actually caught feelings and started hiding it from him.
Things have been fine for years, until suddenly Craig finds himself coughing flowers and realises that the only way to survive is face his "boyfriend" about it.
