Long after the battle with Megatron in Mission City and the Cube destroyed, Zorya and the Autobots work together with the humans hunting down the rest of the remaining Decepticons on Earth. One day while on the mission, something begins to haunt Zorya from her long ago past that she never wishes to remember again. But, fate soon comes to her and it's up to Nightwing to aid Sam, Mikaela, and their new friend named Leo to help save the world along with Bumblebee, Skids, Mudflap, and Wheelie an Ex-Decepticon from a bot from Zorya's past.
