The GardenView Center was a place made for children of all ages to have fun. The 'Toons', also known as the Center's greatest attraction were cute and friendly cartoony characters that were there to entertain and being joy to the children who visited the Center.Unfortunately, the GardenView Center shut down in 2002, due to lack of safety allegations. And since the place shut down, GardenView has changed for the worst. Dandy, the Star of the Show, has done something horrible to his fellow Toons. He has infected all of them with a black substance called Ichor. Ichor, however, was highly toxic for humans, but not for Toons. Toons has Ichor already in their systems, but an overdose of the substance would cause them to transform into ferocious beasts, always looking for Toons to kill.
