Four young people receive letters from the mysterious Dr. Iris after recently discovering they all possess special abilities. They are Possessors, mortals that have been given the gift of superhuman abilities by some unknown cosmic force. They join Dr. Iris on Skyblade, an airship that floats over the Atlantic Ocean, where they learn about their new powers. They also meet Nathan, a telepath who lives onboard Skyblade with Dr. Iris with a mysterious past. They all ban together to fight the O.N.E.S, a terrorist faction with that's one goal is find Possessors and harvest their organs so they can claim their magnificent powers for themselves. This is a book I wrote for fun while I was living in Germany. My whole reason for writing it is that I feel there aren't enough strong gay characters in mainstream tv, literature, etc. I mean, how many of us (gays) have wished there were amazing gay X-Men, or Avengers, or Justice League members? The point of my book is not that the characters are gay. The point is that this is a sci-fi, X-Menesque story that just happens to have gay characters in it, like it was a normal occurance, not a big deal.
