When a priceless painting is stolen in the middle of the night from the Adventure Bay museum, The pups are called in to investigate the scene of the crime.But then something strange happens....The very same priceless painting that turned up missing the night before, is discovered the next morning IN CHASE'S PUP HOUSE! When Chase is questioned about the discovery of the painting by Ryder, Chase immediately says that he had absolutely nothing to do with the robbery of the museum the night before. Unfortunately for Chase, no one believes that he is innocent ... And after thinking it over, and consulting with the other pups on the time sensitive decision, Ryder and the pups reach a unanimous verdict,and vote to kick Chase off the team indefinitely.Now disgraced, and stripped of his rank as second in command of the PAW Patrol, Chase, who immediately senses that something just isn't right about the case, decides to launch an investigation of his own into the robbery.
