Sub aspect militar, sunt armatele naționale care caută să protejeze interesele banale ale oamenilor obișnuiți. A doua categorie este cea a "eroilor". Ei chiar cred că lumea merită salvată, așa că fac tot ce le stă în putință să o țină așa cum este sau așa cum a fost. Oamenii ăștia sunt mediatizați. Populari. Ei răspândesc boala toleranței și slăbiciunii, dar nu știu asta. Agenți ai puterii momentului. Militar, ei sunt soldații noilor corporații de securitate. Cei mai cunoscuți sunt Gardienii. Și eu am fost unul. Apoi ar mai fi altele mai mici, Consiliul Celor 15, Ultima Cruciadă...în fine. În a treia categorie sunt cei care vor să cucerească lumea și să o reconstruiască în viziunea lor.
