Todoroki has been being abused for as long as he can remember by his father. todoroki has also done a good job of hiding this. covering up, lying and making excuses to get out of things with others. he even goes as far as hiding his scar and for Todoroki this is normal for him. his father's beatings, those thoughts he haves, and the cutting is completely normal for him. it's okay for him. But the most of all is that he hates love. He's scared of it.
