Sakura seconds the motion to ditch Kakashi for Yamato and even comments that she hopes Kakashi "doesn't get out of the hospital too soon" because she prefers Yamato as a leader and finds him a much more enjoyable companion than Kakashi (thus marking the second time that Sakura shows she has no regrets with Kakashi being hospitalized with severe injuries so long as it's a better situation for her, which speaks to a lack of caring about her sensei and having a near non-existent relationship with him).

What makes this scene so richly ironic is that so much of this arc is spent on Team 7 resisting Sasuke being replaced by Sai, emphasizing that no one could ever possibly replace Sasuke on their team, even though Sasuke has deserted them years ago and is a criminal now.

Naruto and Sakura spend this arc displaying how loyal they are to each other and how they refuse to abandon a teammate and will stubbornly resist a team member being replaced, but evidently that only applies when the team member is actually valued. One meal is apparently all it takes to persuade Naruto and Sakura to replace Kakashi...still think Team 7 views Kakashi as a good teacher and leader?

If you want proof that Kakashi is a bad teacher, you need look no further than how his students treat him. One is gleeful when he's injured because it means fun times for her, one would happily replace him for a teacher that buys him meals and is openly jealous of actual healthy student/sensei bonds, and one expressed that he desired to kill Kakashi. Naruto and Sakura may not be so impolite as to directly come out and declare Kakashi a terrible teacher, but judging from their behavior, I'd say they don't think highly of Kakashi's teaching either.

Naruto and Sakura may care about and like Kakashi as a person (though I think Sakura doesn't, at least not after Sasuke's desertion), but they don't think highly of him as a teacher.

In the end, what Kakashi put into Team 7 was exactly what he got out of Team 7. He treats Sasuke with irritated dislike, so Sasuke treats Kakashi with irritated dislike. Kakashi treats Sakura with indifference, so Sakura treats Kakashi with indifference. Kakashi treats Naruto with respect, so Naruto treats Kakashi with respect.
