Anyway, Spicy's plan didn't work. (5 words)
'Cause just to spite his wife, Mas' Henley took sides with Spicy. (12 words, as I said before and as the Bible says before very randomly once in a while even an unjust judge can actually bring justice for the mistreated indirectly.) Say all Spicy needs is to be trained. (8 words) "Why do you care what happens to me?"
Spicy asked me later. (12 words in past two sentences) "I saw your back and I wouldn't want that to happen to you again — not to nobody!
And I like you —" Spicy looked real surprised - like nobody had ever said that to her before. (34 words in the very last two sentences) (Awesome, so amazing when friendships blossom so very strongly, aren't they, my sweetest friends?) So for now, Spicy stays with us in the kitchen. (10 words) And I'm glad. (3 words) I think she might be, too. (6 words)

First Sunday in May.
Cooked and served three meals. (5 words)
Two house guests. (3 words)
Toted waters for baths. (4 words)
Helped with the clean up. (5 words)
I am so tired. (4 words, I believe it all that running back and forth doing chores here and there is quite exhausting even for me today.)
No spirit to write. (4 words, not at all surprised sometimes the brain wouldn't think of things for quite a while to write down.)
I've still got to wash out my dress, so I'll start the week clean. (14 words, washing clothes is very important, it helps your week start off way better than it has already began, Skylights.)
