Myuran: Sorry, I forgot to tell you. The strongest of Clayman's lieutenants are known as the 5 fingers. Middle finger, Yamza. Index finger, Adalmann. The thumb, Nine-head. Pinky finger, Pirone. And... I was the ring finger.

Diablo: I wonder if one of them was that little pest I saw spying on the Falmuth army...

Rimuru: What?

Diablo: During my tussle with Razen, I sensed the notable presence of a particular flying Majin and eliminated her before she could report to her master via redirecting the Humans {Nuclear Cannon} at her. Killing her instantly.

Myuran: That was probably Pirone, she was a some type of flying Majin that was in charge of intelligence gathering and rarely made appearances in public.

Jasper: Really? It's a shame we couldn't capture her, but I don't blame Diablo given he was just summoned and none of us knew at the time.

Diablo seemed to get a little upset when he heard my disappointment, but it went away when he heard my defense for him not capturing her.

Myuran: As for Yamza, he wields a sword gifted with powerful Ice magic from Clayman. He's called the magic swordsman of Ice, and is a master of immorality. Also, due to swearing his allegiance to Clayman of his own free will; he's was watched notably less then the others and is arguably the strongest of the 5 fingers.

Then came the question as to why he would only send in army of 30,000 here. With all these powerful Majins and the Beastketeers from the animal kingdom, it is strange...

That's when it hit me.

Jasper: His target isn't Tempest.

Everyone looked to me.

Rimuru: What do you mean?

Jasper: Clayman just like Demon Lords Carrion and Frey is a Demon Lord seed. Therefore, while he has both the seed and the power he lacks the required amount of souls. So, it would be a difficult task attacking us.

Benimaru: Then who would his real target be then?

Jasper: ...The animal kingdom.

Albis: What!?

Suphia: But, all that's left are the remaining the refuges from the capital and a couple nearby towns and villages!

Phobio: Why would he attack them!?

Jasper: Remember he needs souls to become a Demon Lord, and Tempest is to difficult of target to attack. But, with most of Eurazania's army being here...

Rimuru: He'd easily massacre the population and evolve into a True Demon Lord.

Everyone was shocked at this and realized it made sense.

Souei: From our scouting, Clayman's forces will likely arrive in around two days.

Rimuru: Guess he got ahead of us, damn that Clayman...

Jasper: He probably anticipated Walpurgis being held 3 days from now, he wants to evolve before that.

But, it won't work. He needs to physically be there to absorb all the souls otherwise they'll just go to the afterlife. He's being so unnaturally careless... what's going on?

{Mimir: It is likely he'll have some method of collecting the souls without needing to be there. In that case, the chances of him awakening is 78% at most.)

That's even bigger then Rimuru's own chances!

We decided to aid the kingdom however we could, and tried to devise a plan.

Rimuru: If there were some way to teleport us over there...

Shuna: My lord, using that magic is way to dangerous!

Rimuru: I know, it was just a tho-

Jasper: It's actually pretty simple. All you'd need to do use the {Perfect Transport Technique} on said item or have the person use their magicules to surround themselves in a barrier. Also, using the skill {Control Space} with it will greatly reduce the amount of Magicules needed. After that, connect the dimension of teleporting from one point to the other and boom! You teleported.

I noticed the sudden silence and looked up to see everyone staring at me in awe.

Jasper: What?

Suphia: Really!?

Phobio: You knew a way to safety teleport!?

Benimaru: Typical.

Rimuru: I'm honestly not surprised.

With that, our plan was established. We then had our executives gather for a private talk.

Rimuru: thanks for sticking out for that long meeting. Tomorrow's gonna be tough, so we're counting on you.

Shuna: We won't let you down.

Rimuru: If only I could pin point Clayman's exact location, and just end this stupid thing.

Jasper: He's attending Walpurgis, so you'll probably miss him.

Rimuru: True.

Shion: I know!

Both: Shion?

Shion: I have the most fantastic Idea, let's crash Walpurgis and cut down any Demon Lord who defies us!

Nox: I second this plan.

Of course you do...

Rimur: Going after Clayman is one thing, but picking a fight with the other Demon lords is another.

Shion: I... see...

Jasper: But, I don't think the other Demon Lords would mind it if it meant getting rid of Clayman. So, it's not a bad idea.

Shion: Really!?

Rimuru: Hey, Ramiris. Is it possible for me to attend as well?

Ramiris: You want to attend Walpurgis?

Rimuru: I think it would be interesting if we saw Clayman for ourselves. Throw him for a loop.

Ramiris: It'll probably be fine. But, you can only bring 2 people because they made a new rule due to some issues in the past.

Diablo said he wanted to attend but decided to let Shion take his place, due to being busy with Falmuth. Both him and Shion being confident that we could destroy anyone in our path.

So... I guess this makes them Frenemies.

Shuna: But, won't it be dangerous for you to go...?

Benimaru: No, while I doubt Demon Lord Milim betrayed us. It is true she sold out Demon Lord Carrion, so it probably isn't a bad idea looking into Walpurgis.

Ramiris: There's no way someone like Milim would let someone as stingy as Clayman tell her what to do. She only looks out for herself.

Jasper: Pot meet kettle...

Shion: Lady Milim would never betray Lord Rimuru or Prince Jasper! It's only a baseless hunch, but I feel that it is true in the deepest parts of my soul!

Souka: I agree with that statement.

Lumen: It would make more sense.

Rimuru: Agreed, I also don't feel like I've been betrayed.

Jasper: Knowing how Milim feels about me... she would never go against me.

Rimuru: We'll have faith in Milim. But, that doesn't mean we should do nothing. What Ramiris said about the Mastermind... or Clayman at least. Was good insight.

Ramiris: Of course! Just leave it to the great detective Ramiris!

Treyni: Great Job!

Trya: Wonderful, very impressive!

Please, don't encourage her...

Souka: My prince, do you mind if I accompany you to Walpurgis?

Lumen: I shall accompany as well.

Nox: What about me!?

Ignis: Me too!

Terra: Hmmph!!!

Jasper: For Lumen and Nox, I can just put them in their weapon forms and take them with me. Aqua is already assisting Diablo with Falmuth, and I also plan to have Ignis and Terra help Benimaru in dealing with Clayman's army.

Rimuru: Then I guess I'll take Shion and Ranga with me.

The only reason took her was because Shion would cause a hissy fit otherwise, and we know how dangerous her temper tantrums are. Actually...

Jasper: Why not have Ranga hide in you're shadow? That way you'll have an open spot and have 3 subordinates attending with you.

Rimuru: Is that even allowed?

Jasper: Hey, I'm brining my two Djinn in weapon form and Souka so I'm bringing 3 and techincally Ranga would be in a different dimension while inside you're shadow.

Rimuru: That's a good point. But, who do I take then?

We heard laughter.

Veldora: Hey guys, don't leave me out. I'm coming with you both as well. Their aren't any Demon Lords that scare me!

Rimuru: You can't go. We need you to stay here and protect the city.

Veldora: What!? But, I could destroy a Demon Lord with one little squeeze!

Jasper: So could I. You're point?

Rimuru: Protecting the city is important. In fact, it may be the most important job of all.

Veldora: You don't say...

Ramiris: Wait! If you want, Veldora can come with me as my guess. Plus, I'd feel way safer.

Veldora: I have no interest in tagging along just to be you're personal guardian...

Ramiris: WHAT!? why do you have to be so mean master!?

Master?

Jasper: It was talked about during the meeting, spreading the word about is part of the plan.

Veldora: Huh? Y-Yes, of course I remember!

Veldora's mind: Oops. I can't have either my BFF or my nephew find out I wasn't listening!

Rimuru: Plus, if you came along Clayman be like "Oh? That pathetic Slime needed the Storm Dragon to be his ringer, what a huge drool!"

This statement pissed off both Veldora and Shion, with Diablo saying even metaphorically insulting Rimuru was unforgivable.

Diablo: However, I shall leave the task of crushing that pest to my senior Shion.

Shion: Oh? So you do understand!

The two gave each other a thumbs up while smiling.

Shuna was still concerned about it being dangerous, but Rimuru pointed out that thanks to {Storm King, Veldora} he had the sub skill {Summon Storm Dragon}, meaning that he can summon Veldora when he needs to.

Veldora: So, I'm the Hero who arrives just at the nick of time.

Ramiris: Unfair...

Rimuru: I'd rather call it clever. Besides, that gives you an open spot.

Rimuru planned to send Hakuro, but was interrupted.

Treyni: Master Jasper, and Lord Rimuru. I beg you, pick me for this task.

Trya: I wish to ask the same. Please, let my sister attend.

Jasper: Alright, but I'll need to give you a physical body first.

Both Treyni and Ramiris were very excited.

Rimuru: Now, what to do about my spot?

Jasper: How about Shizue?

Rimuru: What!?

Jasper: Think about, since it's a banquet between the Demon Lords. Guess who will show up.

Rimuru: Leon Cromwell...

Jasper: Exactly, she finally encounters the man who gave her so much suffering and gets some payback.

Rimuru decided to head to his room to deliver a message to Shizue, Ramiris sent a message to someone.

Ramiris: Hey Gii, it's me. I was wondering if the Rimuru can join this meeting.

Few seconds.

Ramiris: Rimuru? He's the new Demon Lord!

Few seconds.

Ramiris: No, it's not a scam! Look, if it's hard to believe. I should point out Jasper supports him.

Few seconds.

Ramiris: Yeah, Jasper's here.

Few seconds.

Ramiris: Woah! Cool it with the threating, I swear I'm not lying!

Well... my old man is giving her hell right now.

Next morning

We gathered the army together, it consisted of:

The First army corps A.K.A the Green Numbers: Main unit, the Goblin Riders. Commander, Gobta. Military adviser, Hakuro. (Offensive Force.)

The Second army corps A.K.A the Yellow Numbers: Commander, Geld. Godai adjutant, Tsuchi. (Defense Force). 

The Third Army Corps A.K.A the Blue Numbers: Main unit, the Hiryuu or task group Flying Dragons (the Veterans). Commander, Gabiru. Second in Command, Gazat. Godai adjutant, Aqua. (Air Force).

The Fourth Army Crops A.K.A the Red Numbers: Main unit, the Kurenai or task group Red Flame (the Elite). Commander, Benimaru. Second in Command, Gobwa. Godai adjutant, Hiuo. (Leading Force).

Shion's personal army A.K.A the Purple Numbers: Main unit, The Yomigaeri or task group Reborn. Commander Shion. Second in Command, Gobzo. (Supporting force).

Jasper's personal guard: Main unit, the Godai. Commander, Lumen. Second in command, Ignis. (Smallest and most powerful Force).

Lumen was an obvious choice for leader sense he was arguably the most powerful Djinn, the first weapon I had and also a had mind similar to Hakuro or Souei. The reason why I made Ignis the second and not Nox was because... Ignis was more like Benimaru and Rigur, while Nox was more like Diablo and Shion. Aqua didn't really seem like the type to care too much about leading people, and Terra wouldn't even physically speak to anyone.

Along side them was an army of Beastmen led by the three Beasketeers. I also told Ignis to assist the Red and Blue numbers while Terra would aid the Green and Yellow Numbers.

As for the adjutants, they were meant to act as a type of trump card and major support if needed. Only the assigned adjutant could be called by their designated corps and were only sent if either I ordered it, the mission the corps were on was important, or the situation that the corps were in was dire. Other adjutants not assigned to that specific corps had to send me an official request for another adjutant to be sent to them for aid.

Me and Rimuru began the process of teleporting and after a few minutes, the armies had disappeared.

Rimuru: Please be safe...

Diablo: A truly magnificent show, my lords.

Aqua: A very beautiful technique.

Shion: It was so captivating!

Veldora: Hey! Jasper, and Rimuru. Are you sure neither of you want me to come with you?

Jasper: Yes, and we'll say again that we wanna keep you a secret until Walpurgis. But, cause a commotion and we're gonna be find out almost instantly.

Veldora: Hahaha! How right you are, it completely slipped my mind!

Rimuru: Then you better tighten you're grip, don't do anything unless we ask you too!

Veldora just continued to laugh. Though, seeing him filled with so much energy made me chuckle and even Rimuru smiled a bit.

Everyone else began to return to their nations for preparations. However, with Youm's party I noticed that the wizard Razen and Kyoya were missing.

Jasper: What happened to Razen and Kyoya?

Aqua: According to Nox, both Shogo and Kyoya couldn't handle his torture after he came back. So they died and Razen also almost died too. But, he transferred his soul into Shogo's body since his body was failing due to old age and Shion's skill.

So, of the original poisoners. The ones who would return would be Edmalis, Reyhiem, Razen in Shogo's body, Folgen, and Kirara.

Diablo: We shall return as promptly sir, please don't worry.

Rimuru: Don't rush yourself. Take you're time.

Diablo: ...We shall return as promptly sir, please don't worry.

Jasper: The same goes for you Aqua.

Aqua: I promise to rush back to service immediately after it's done.

Jasper: Don't push yourself to much.

Aqua: ...I promise to rush back to service immediately after it's done.

Wow, they're stubborn.

After that was done, we went into the forest and used a bark from the tree Treyni was connected to in the forest to make a suitable body. I then created a core that had a fair mixture of holy and Demonic magic making it a Chaos core, before absorbing Treyni into it.

The core was the place on top the wooden body and entered inside of it. The body then transformed to look exactly like Treyni.

Before that, Ramiris had been startled by the presence of Apito who she called an Army Wasp and Zegion a beetle type. We told her how we found them in the woods and they were badly injured so Rimuru used parts of slime body to replace the missing parts.

Ramiris was starting to mumble about them becoming real Monsters in the future, but she forgot all about it when she saw Treyni.

{Mimir: She has evolved into a new species called a Dryas Doll. Increasing her magicules by a large margent.}

Jasper (That reminds me, how did inviting Shizue go?)

Rimuru (She was very hesitant at first, but she agreed and got Tiss who's been assisting her to act as a substitute for a while.)

Jasper (That's nice, and how are the kids?)

Rimuru (They're doing extraordinary, according to Shizue they surpassing all the instructors in the academy outside of herself. She even says that Chloe and Kenya have enough potential to even surpass her.)

Jasper (Wow! They're growing so fast. I'm so proud.)

Rimuru (She said she arrived later tonight.)

With that, the war against Clayman had begun... and soon would come a long overdue Reunion.
