"Master, I'm not quite sure I understand, why did you lie to (yn)?" The small deer Kwami asks.

The guardian sighs. "You know why, Fawnna." She gently runs her fingertips across the miracle boxes wooden surface. "I can't...I can't reveal miraculous holders identity. Not again..."

"But what happens when she finds out the truth? I really do not think it is wise..." Fawnna trails off. She taps her small hooves together, a motion she only makes when she is afraid or worried.

The guardian stands up, and takes her tea kettle off from the stove. She pulls out a wooden tea cup, and places it on the white table. She pours her drink in silence, and takes a long sip.

"What she doesn't know won't hurt her. It's just a small white lie."

End.

I wasn't planning for the book to end quite yet, but I wanted to make a third book, and I thought this was a good stopping point. I also needed enough content to make another whole book(Oooooo cliffhanger 😏)

I know that this book was only 25 chapters while The Eye of the Black Cat was 50, but as I said at the start of this book, the chapters were much longer. They both ended at around the length.

I can't say for sure when the next book will come out, but I'll be sure to announce it on my profile, and this book as well. (It will probably be out in the spring)
