capturing my lips. At first I was trying to stand my ground and not kiss back but that plan failed. 

I kissed him back with even more force than expected and he gripped my waist and pulled me closer to his body. 

"Shit we need to stop before I really do take you on this desk." He groaned as he slowly released me while moving back. 

"I'll see you at home babe." I said as I adjusted myself and walked out of his office but not before placing a light kiss on his cheek.

As I pulled up to Blake's house I spotted Amaria's car in the driveway and I mentally sighed. Two family matters in one day, when will I ever catch a break. 

As I exited my car I walked up to the door to see her sitting on the step waiting. 

"Amaria." I curtly said to be polite. 

"Amelia can we talk?" She asked as she got up and trailed behind me. I opened the door and gestured for her to come in. 

I placed down my bag and headed towards the kitchen to get started on dinner. 

"I know I have not been in your corner lately with the whole situation with dad but I just want you to know that I miss you. I love you and I want us to go back being us." She admitted as she sat on one of the chairs behind the island. 

"Do you understand why I did what I did ?" I asked her as I stood and looked at her. 

"Yes I do." She stated as she ran her hand through her hair. 

"But if it came down to it you would choose him right? No Amaria things can't go back to the way they were. No one in my family has my back only Damian and he is not always here. He is the only one that understands what I am going through with you guys. You and mom always let dad control your decisions and because of that I end up always looking like the bad guy. I have a family yet I feel so lonely." I said as I walked towards her. 

"I love you Amaria but as long as you are picking sides and can't see the bigger picture to situations then you aren't the same person I thought you were." I muttered before walking away from her. 

I walked upstairs and took a shower and changed off into a shorts and a vest. By the time I came back downstairs Amaria had left and I continued on with preparing dinner.

By the time I sat down I heard two cars pull up in the driveway and my best guess was Liam and Tianna.  

When Blake walked through the door his eyes immediately landed on me and I could see the lust in his eyes. 

My guess was right because soon after Liam and Tianna came through the door. 

I served dinner and we all sat down and ate. Afterwards we all retreated to the the back of the house to lounge by the pool. We all were talking and having a good time. 

"So Blake you marking up your girl now? "Liam chuckled as he noticed my appearance. 

"You bet I am a lot of dudes out here be wanting what is mine. I just left a little reminder." Blake retorted and I sent a glare in his direction. I still hadn't forgiven him for what he had done.  

The rest of the night was well spent with all of us reminiscing and just having a good time.

Two hours later Liam and Tianna had left and Blake and I talked about the day that I had. It was moments like this were I really appreciated Blake being in my life. Without him my life wouldn't be the same way and I was grateful to call him mines.
