still feel him looking straight into my eyes as he said, "Still think this is all fake?"

By now I was completely incapable of controlling my breathing. I was hyperventilating and as I whipped my head around trying to focus on anything else besides him, I found myself staring at the ground, below.

And I swallowed again, "Oh, dear God."

Suddenly I felt myself getting dizzy. I snapped my eyes shut and braced myself by placing my hands down firmly against the roof. As if that would prevent me from falling. I had to do something to give me comfort, right?

I shook my head in disbelief, "Man, I sure bet that Stockholm's syndrome just just hits different with you doesn't it?" I choked out in between breaths. "Is this how you get girls to like you, you psychotic bastard? What drugs do you use?"

I heard Gojo's low hum once again but refused to open my eyes to even glance in his direction.

"Well if you're not considering my irresistible charm, I'd say none," he replied cooly. "Usually, it's a lot easier than this."

"Boy you're a real charmer aren't you," I managed to mutter under my breath.

Gojo chuckled, "I know, aren't I?"

I felt the strong urge to say something back to him, but my nausea prevented me from doing so. I feared that the second I opened my mouth for even a millisecond, I'd end up losing all of my lunch. Of course, that's not completely terrible, as I usually skip lunch. So naturally, I shouldn't really miss it once it's gone, but I was rather proud of myself for taking a break from work to care for myself and eat my lunch. To throw up now because of whatever this was that was happening was a surprisingly irritating thought.

I couldn't exactly tell where Gojo was or what he was doing with my eyes still closed. However, after a while I heard some shuffling around, his hand slinked away from my thigh and I was almost certain that he was now sitting across from me. I wasn't exactly sure why I took that as a cue for anything, but it was at that moment that I decided to finally open my eyes. Luckily by then, my nausea was fading, so when I turned my head, I peeled my eyes open to look at my surroundings.

Turns out Gojo really was sitting before me. He was in a more lounging position, one a long leg stretched out while the other was bent. His same arm rested upon that bent leg as he watched me from behind that blindfold with a smirk on his face.

"Ready to talk now princess?

I stared at the man silently for a moment, slowly gathering the strength back to respond confidently before saying, "Depends. Would you tell me the truth if I asked you questions? Key phrase, I ask the questions."

Gojo gave a simple shrug.

"Sure, ask away," he said in reply.

While I was surprised he actually agreed, I knew that I couldn't sit there gawking at the man for too long.

"Uh, great, first question," I began, "Can I go home now?"

"Nope."

I scowled, "Why not?"

"Let me know when you can jump 10 stories without injuring yourself, and then you can go."

I glared at the man incredulously. He was impossibly obnoxious, and what pissed me off the most is that no matter what kind of blistering insults I could come up with, he would always have something to match it. The least I could get satisfaction from would be to know that I had spoken how I felt, and at least emotionally damage him. But even that he wasn't giving me the satisfaction of having.

So I took a breath, exhaling all my irritation out through my nose, and looked Gojo up and down. I watched as he pushed himself up to stand and said, "Fine, what was that earlier. Why couldn't I touch you?"

"Oh that?" he asked, "It's nothing. Just a little technique I have, called Limitless."

"What?"

Gojo started walking. He hummed thoughtfully as I watched him leisurely stride around me. He leaning over, and not daring to even glance in his direction, I shuddered at the warmth of his breath by my ear when he finally spoke.

"You wanna know how it works?"

I shot up to my feet. My fear of how high in the air I was on this building was no longer a factor and I stepped forward away from the edge, attempting to distance myself from Gojo before turning to look at him.

"Don't care. Just answer my question."

Gojo smirked at me. He opened his mouth to say something in reply, but before the words would leave his mouth, Gojo's friend had appeared atop the building as well. I had nearly forgotten that he was there, and was going to begin pondering how exactly he got up here, but I was more eternally grateful for his presence at the moment to think about it. This guy seemed to be the more sensible, practical person. Hopefully, he would create some distance between Gojo and me.

"I apologize for his rudeness, Miss. Although he's rather adept at creating it for himself, he doesn't seem to understand the need for others to have their personal space." he pushed his glasses up higher on the bridge of his nose, "But if it helps, neither I nor Gojo here, have had any prior knowledge of a curse being spotted here in this area. We apologize for any trouble you've had today. If you would like we can bring you back down so you can go home."

I blinked twice at the man in surprise.

"Oh, that would be great—"

"Nanamin," Gojo whined, "Quit butting in please."

My head whipped around to give Gojo a scathing look before redirecting my focus on the other guy whose name was apparently Nanami. It wasn't until after I had finished talking that I realized Gojo shut up long enough to let me speak.

"Look, since you seem like the sensible one I'm gonna talk to you. Can you tell your friend here that I'm gonna have to kill him if he doesn't leave me alone? Because I would absolutely love to just go home right now if you could help me do that."

Nanami was about to speak, but Gojo was faster in his response.

"Oh? But we were just starting to get along," he whined.

"By God you're delusional," I muttered, staring at him in disbelief before narrowing my eyes at him, "Can you even see with that stupid blindfold on?"

I had only blinked once and before I knew it Gojo was behind me again, his lips just grazing my neck.

"You tell me, sweetheart. Can I?"

My body involuntarily jerked forward, and I whipped around to face him with a murderous glare; "M-must you always throw yourself at me?!"

"You seemed to have no problems with it just a few moments ago."

I scowled at him, "You know wha—!" I paused.

I had to remind myself that nothing I would say would phase him, and I shook my head in defeat.

"Nevermind," I sighed, crossing my arms. And I shook my head again. I couldn't believe that I was actually engaging this man in conversation. Asking him about himself no less. But as long as I endured this, there was a high chance that I could just go home afterward. So, I might as well suck it up, it's not like there was much else I could do.

"Is there a reason for the blindfold, and the shades you had earlier?"

"Ah, good question!" he cooed, "You see I have something called the Six Eyes."

I rose an eyebrow at him, "And what the fuck's that supposed to mean?" Don't tell me you're some kind of mythical creature or some shit." I frowned and rose a hand to my chin in thought, "Or maybe you're like a really bad Kokoshibou cosplayer? Nah, that's impossible, you don't have the hair or even anything remotely close to the outfit. Oh yeah, and Kokoshibou is like super strong and built like a warrior...you're more like a...a bean pole."

Gojo blinked twice in surprise and Nanami covered his mouth to keep from actually smiling.

"Wha...Nanami can we keep her?!" Gojo blurted, "Please?!"

"Just explain, Gojo."

"Hmph, you're no fun," Gojo whined. Then he turned to face me, "Fine, to put it simply, it's a skill that gives me a heightened perception of things, so I can see stuff that everyone else without this ability can't."

"Like?" I pressed.

"Like...hmm," he hummed in thought, "Well a lot of things!"

I rolled my eyes, "Way to paint me a picture, Picasso. I totally understand now."

Nanami looked away and covered his mouth with his hand again. Gojo shrugged.

"Well, I've answered one question. Do you have another?"

Wow. There really was no way of getting him to answer questions the way I needed him to.

I sighed, "Fine, you said something about cursed energy earlier...what's that?"

I turned my head to glance in Nanami's direction when I heard his voice as he began to explain.

"Almost everyone, humans and curses alike have something called cursed energy. As implied by its name it's a power source fueled by the user's negative emotions and is the basis for all jujutsu."

"And if you possess a certain level of it, you can even see curses," Gojo added.

I shook my head and frowned, "Curses...meaning like that thing in the alley?"

"Exactly."

"But that percentage of people is very low," Nanami added pointedly.

Gojo grinned and walked up to me placing his hands on my shoulders, "And lucky for you, you're one of those people!"

I didn't even pay any mind to Gojo's hands on my shoulders. I was more or less shocked by what I was hearing, and I stared at Nanami and Gojo in disbelief.

"W-what do you mean...? Is that why I was able to see that monster earlier. Because I have cursed energy or whatever the hell you call it?"

"Exactly!" he cheered, "My you're a fast learner."

My eyes widened in shock, "S-so what happened with that curse then? D-did I kill it or did you kill it?"

Gojo took one of his hands off my shoulder to place on his chin as he hummed thoughtfully.

"Hmm... let's see. I believe it was actually a combination of our two energies combining to work against it at the same time. Limitless allows me to manipulate space at will. So I can increase the space between two objects an infinite amount of times."

"Which creates an impenetrable barrier between you and an incoming attack..." I muttered, finally piecing together what had actually happened.

"Bingo! That's it!"

I released a short breath of disbelief. I scoffed and shook my head, "B-but that's impossible."

"Not impossible princess. You saw what happened to that curse didn't you?"

"Y-yes but—"

"Then you know it's true." then he smirked, "Plus it seems that you have a special ability with your cursed energy that works opposite of my Limitless."

"W-what?" I gawked, "I-I don't know what you're talking about."

Suddenly I felt myself growing dizzy again. I felt a certain heaviness in my head, and I swayed backward unsteadily. Everything began spinning, and I braced myself for the impact of my head cracking against the roof.

But it never came.

Instead, when I opened my eyes, I found myself leaning back in Gojo's arms. My weary eyes peered up at him, vaguely noting the smirk on his face as he said,

"Still saying that even after you saw it for yourself?"

The room was still spinning slightly, but I had a little better barings now. I didn't too much care that Gojo was touching me again. The only thing I was focused on was trying to understand everything that had happened to me. Because as far as I knew, none of this was simulated. It was all real.

"...Show me again," I muttered.

Once again, I ignored the coy smile he gave as he helped me to stand upright.

"Alrighty then," he said stepping back, "Try to hit me again."

Once I was certain that I wouldn't fall over again, I nodded my understanding and balled my fists. I didn't need to be asked twice. I lunged and tried to hit him for probably the 5th time today. Unfortunately just like all the other times my hand stopped mid-motion. It had felt almost as if my hand had been lodged in a hole that you could neither pull nor push your hand out of. Like it had been stuck in cement.

Gojo smirked, "Can't touch me can you?"

I grunted lowly straining to push past the wall, "No...I can't."

Then he grinned, and I watched as he rose his hand to grab hold of my wrist. Feeling his skin touch my own, the wall I had felt before was now gone, and he tugged my arm until I felt my weight shift forward. I felt myself fall against him, my chest pressing flush against his own.

He looks down at me from behind the blindfold as he said with a smirk,

"See? Now, we're touching again."

I was in complete disbelief. I stared at him with wide eyes, while Gojo simply grinned at me. I stayed right where I was in his arms watching him. My body shook as his face lowered, nearing closer and closer so his lips nearly touch my own. When he spoke his voice was even lower than before. Like a low velvet rumble. A mesmerizingly salacious tone hidden beneath it, I had never heard the entire day from him.

Until now.

"Are you getting it now?" he said, "The reason why you can't touch me?"

I shivered at the sound of his voice and the feel of his breath against my skin,

"I'm untouchable...because I will it."

Everything had happened so fast that she could hardly wrap her mind around it. Gojo's arm slinked around her back, forming a tight brace and pressing her securely against his chest. His body was a lot harder than she thought it would be, and she was infinitely shocked at how the definition of his muscles could be felt even through the layer of clothes he had on. Her eyes were wide. Absorbing his every move with intense dedication. His lips neared hers with every passing second. He placed a hand on her face securely, cupping her cheek in his hand to make sure she didn't turn away, and before she knew it, he kissed her.

His lips were warm and soft against hers. He kissed her with such skill and a kind of fervor she had never experienced before in her life. Whether the man had put some kind of magical spell on her was completely beyond her. Yet, as ridiculous as it sounded to her in her mind, at this point, given everything she had been through throughout the course of the day she figured anything was possible.

But the craziest thing about it was that she didn't even know why she had allowed him to do that.

She had encountered many other guys and even been in relationships where if she didn't trust the guy as far as she could throw him, he wouldn't have even gotten within a 10-mile radius of her after a certain point.

Much less get to kiss her...

But alas, here she was; in the arms of a man she barely knew, lips pressed firmly against each other. Eyes shut tight, as she allowed her emotions to suade her actions. Her heart pumped so fast in her chest she could hear it beating in her ears. She felt dizzy and if this went any longer she wouldn't be far from fainting. Y/n briefly wondered how she had managed not to instantaneously faint from seeing the height she was at on top of the building but was nearly melting into a puddle of herself merely by being in his arms, feeling Gojo's warmth against her body.

Why? Why did she let him keep kissing her?

Suddenly, when she felt his tongue prod her lips for the first time, she snapped out of her trance. A light bulb went off in her head, and she suddenly realized why she couldn't push him away.

This guy was untouchable at this game. That horrible sickly sweet game of love and lust. He had practically trained his whole life honing his skills on luring women in before having his way with them and tossing them aside when he was through. It was probably what he had been born to do. To tease you and manipulate you. Prod you and taunt you...And ultimately... If you let him in too close...

He'd destroy you.

And that's exactly what she was letting him do. She was letting him get too close. And if she wasn't careful, she'd end up broken. So, (y/n) knew now that she had to put this to an end. She knew now that if she let this go any farther she'd start thinking things and believing things about him she damn well knew weren't anywhere remotely close to being true. She couldn't let herself get attracted to this guy. Not even for a second.

Y/n's eyes snapped open, her mind bubbled over with all of her negative emotions. She hated this guy! She hated him more than she hated her job! More than any past toxic relationship she had ever been in! Who cared if he was kissing her so damn well she couldn't even think straight? Or holding her so securely against him she could almost be certain of not falling should she not hold on to him? Who cared that he had given her far much more romance in this one moment than any other previous experience she has had in a relationship? Or even the way his lips moved against hers and his hands trailing down her waist sucked the breath, right out of her lungs?

Who cared?! Because if one thing was for certain, from the moment she met him she knew he was an ass. And there was no amount of attractiveness, confidence, or sexual tension that was going to change that. So, before it would be too late. She had to do something to stop him.

Although, Y/n knew that with a ridiculous ability like limitless at his disposal, realistically speaking fighting him was not an option. However, if she didn't, he'd pull her right into that trap he had set for her. And he'd never let her go, not until her desire for him would eat her alive. But by then she'd be crawling back, begging him for more.

So, shouldn't she have at least tried to fight back?

She thought over how practical it was to try and fight, but as she mulled over everything she had learned today; monsters, curses, cursed energy, the six eyes, limitless. None of it sounded practical! So why was she bothering herself with such unrealistic things? If monsters were real...wasn't anything possible at this point?

So without much thought, Y/n tugged her arms free from Gojo's hold, and thrusting her arms out in front of her she shoved him off of her. She figured that a guy like this deserved a good slap to the mouth, but didn't really think much about what she had been doing until she actually did it. She saw the cocky smirk still tugging at his lips as he stumbled backward. Her hand rose, swinging at the man's face faster than she could blink, and before she could take it back, her hand collided with his skin; sounding throughout the alleyway with a hard smack.

"What the fuck!" she growled at him.

Gojo didn't respond as immediately as she thought he would. And for a moment they just stared at each other in silence. Y/n, not really realizing what had just happened, balled her fists and was raring
