seem to be classified as Earth. please no more questions, just do as you're told and head over to Oliver." he said pointing at a boy with dark brown hair and bright green eyes. Walk towards him and sat down. slowly everyone else in the training area made their way over to where we were sitting. Shelly and her group sat down right behind us. everyone quiet it down and Oliver started talking,

" please sit down like so," he sat down criss cross and had his arms touching the ground next to him, and we followed.

" feel the Earth, hear the Earth, and speak to the Earth." he said closing his eyes. I close my eyes and instantly my head starts throbbing. they're not welcome. sssave us. you're not welcome. get out, out, OUT! there was a voice in my head. It sounded somewhat like how I would imagine a snake's voice and it was screaming at me, and it hurt. I opened my eyes and realized I was sweating. I looked around and saw everyone still with their eyes closed, some of them were even smiling. what's going on? I thought. I saw Oliver open one eye and look at me.

" please everyone remember to keep your eyes closed." he said as if you were talking to everyone, though I knew it was directed to me. I closed my eyes again and put my hands on the Earth. Sssomeone help. they are taking us. Pleassse. I opened my eyes again and saw that I was lying on the ground and and the others were staring down at me, I was sweating again.

" You okay?" Oliver asked

" Yeah, yeah I'm fine." I said, Everyone got back to their places and Oliver motion for silence.

" Did anyone feel a connection to the Earth? like they could maybe talk to it, and become friends?" he said. everyone but me raised their hands.

"um... okay destiny could you stay here for a bit doing the same training exercise we've been doing? the rest of you follow me." Oliver said. Everyone else got up and followed Oliver and I sat down again. Ssso, You don't want to go away? then we will find you, and dispose of you. and you'll be ssssorry. I opened my eyes again, I can't do it, I just can't do it. I thought. I looked down at my watch and realized I'd been sitting there for a while it was 11:53. Oh, I should be getting back to the dining room now. I headed to the dining room.

When I walked into the huge room everyone was bustling around filling their plates with food, I got in line and slowly moved towards the food. Once I finally got to it I saw the food and gasped, There was every imaginable type of food and more! I piled my plate with Curry, Salad, hamburgers, pizza, potatoes, and all kinds of fruits and vegetables,I was looking at the other foods that I didn't know but I decided not to try them since some of them had something that looked like fish eyeballs. I went and saved a spot next to May and Leah, then I headed to the drink stand. There was pop, juice, and other drinks. I decided to have fruit punch and I went and sat down. I still had my earbuds in and I could understand May and a couple other girls speaking in Spanish.

"hi!" May said, "Isn't it so awesome, all the different kinds of food! The Mexican food makes me feel like I'm at home! Oh, well, I'm still missing my family, other than Leah."

"oh, yeah I guess it's okay..." I still was confused after the strange voices in the training field and I didn't really feel like telling anyone about it, so I just ate my food in silence and listened to May and Leah talk to the other girls at my table.

" Everyone, report to your training field at 1:00, don't be late" a voice boomed over the loudspeakers. I checked my watch and saw that we had 15 more minutes. I finished up quickly, and walked out of the room. I've had a little bit of extra time so I went back to my new house. I went into my room and grabbed my backpack, Which I had taken with me, luckily. I opened the side pocket and pulled out a picture of my mom, my brother, and me. I didn't see my brother that often but I still missed him just as much as my mom.
