Ban goes to walk past the holy knight until he's suddenly stabbed in the chest by a pole. He falls back against the wall, coughing blood and his eyes widened. He begins to chuckle, looking back at Jude.

"You're that reluctant to see me go?" Ban asks, his voice laced with playfulness.

"You don't seem to have learned a single lesson in your five years here, the Eight Deadly Sins' Fox Sin," Jude says, his red eye looking straight at Ban before pushing the pole in deeper and pushing Ban more against the wall "No matter how strong you may be, you are powerless before Jude" Ban coughs up blood, his eyes glaring at the holy knight.

Outside of Baste, the fight between the 3 sins is still raging one. The three lost in the depths of the illusion. Diane keeps stomping her foot on the ground at Meliodas and Y/N as if they were bugs. The two narrowly dodged each stomp.

"You're tough for such a puny Holy Knight!" Diane says, groaning in frustration that she can't get them.

"You're pretty fast for such a huge Holy Knight!" Y/N says as she jumps into the air and kicks at Diane, causing Diane to stumble back as dust surrounds them. Not far from the commotion stands Hawk, Elizabeth and the two shepherds.

"They all think the other one is a Holy Knight?!" Hawk shouts.

"It's can't be! You three have to stop it!" Elizabeth shouts, still hugging the boy close as she looks to the three Sins "Now that's enough!" The three Sins suddenly stop as their eyes begin to go back to normal. The illusion has been broken and they see that there is no holy knight, just each other.

"Princess? What are you doing here?" Diane asks, staring down at Elizabeth.

"We should be asking you that!" Hawk shouts. Diane looks down to Meliodas and Y/N.

"Captain? Lieutenant?" You two are here?" Diane asks "Where's that Holy Knight"

"Uhh, yeah, your right," Meliodas says, looking around. Y/N looks to Meliodas, slapping his head.

"And where the hell was you when I was fighting him, huh?"

"What do you mean?" Meliodas asks "I was fighting him too"

"Poor big lady!" The shepherded boy says, running over to Diane "Are you alright?" He asks. Diane bends down, hand going into her hair as she had a soft smile on her face.

"Yeah. Are you okay? Your still here?" Diane asks, slightly surprised the boy hasn't run away yet.

"Yeah," The boy says, nodding which makes the bell attached to his stick ding. Diane's eyes cloud over again and she looks around only to see no one.

"Everybody's gone again," She says, moving her head side to side. The bell rings again and Meliodas eyes cloud over as he comes face to face with the holy knight again.

"That Holy Knight!" Meliodas says, getting in a fighting position. Y/N looks at him confused.

"Huh? You seeing things Meli?"

"Sir Meliodas, no!" Elizabeth shouts, running over to the boy. Y/N sees the two are about to start raging again and quickly turns to Elizabeth and the boy.

"Get him out of here, now!" Y/N orders.

"Come on, you in danger here," Elizabeth says, placing her hands on the boy's shoulders.

"Your hiding everyone from me again!" Diane shouts, clapping her hands together and bringing them down on Meliodas, smashing him on the ground.

"Diane, stop! It's Meliodas!" Y/N shouts staring at the two. The boy runs to the other shepherded, crying and pleading.

"I'm scared! I don't want to die!" He cries.

"I'll protect you! I swear!" Elizabeth says "Even if it means trading my life for yours!" She says, staring at the two shepherds.

"Y-You'd do that?" The elder shepherded asks.

"Yes!"

"Touching to see a princess who cared," A voice says from behind Elizabeth and Hawk. They turn to see a Holy Knight dawning a spider-like armour. Y/N growls at the Holy Knight, standing in front of Elizabeth and Hawk protectively "But is that truly what you'd do, or an empty promise?" The Holy Knight lifts her whip and thousands of bugs fly out of the tree.

"I don't believe it, another Holy Knight!" A bug lands on Hawk's snout, causing him to scream and cry. Elizabeth continues to look up at the massive tornado of bugs.

"Storm Rondo...Now my little scarabs rend their flesh with your sharp horns and wings!"

"No! I'm scared, don't let it get me!" The boy shouts, pulling away from the older shepherd and running away.

"That kid's whining is annoying me. You die first!" The Holy knight snaps her whip and the tornado of bugs suddenly surround the boy as he cries and screams. Elizabeth gasps, eyes widening as she and Hawk watch while Y/N keeps a trained eye on the holy Knight "Let me see..."I'll protect you even if it means trading my life for yours" Was that the phrase? For all your brave platitudes, you don't expect to have to save anyone, do you?"

"Oh, that's sick," Hawk says. Y/N looks at the Holy Knight, her eyes cold.

"He's just a kid, let him go," She says. Unknowingly to Y/N, Elizabeth begins to walk forward.

"No, Elizabeth!" Hawk shouts, causing Y/N to turn around as she watches Elizabeth walk forwards towards the tornado.

"Princess! Get away from there" Y/N shouts.

"What? Really!" The Holy Knight says in surprise, as Elizabeth walks into the tornado of bugs.

"I promised. I gave my word to you" Elizabeth says as she walks further into the tornado, her skin and clothes being cut in the process "Even if you die along the way...I would do it even if I was left all alone" Elizabeth lifts a bloody hand "I would still protect the kingdom and all its people from the holy knights" Elizabeth kneels to the boy, hugging him close.

"Lady!" The boy cries, hugging Elizabeth back. Hawk and Y/N stare at Elizabeth.

"Elizabeth, no"

"Princess..." Y/N says, looking down at the ground. "You are so brave, Elizabeth. Your father would be so proud of you and what you are becoming"  The Holy Knight snaps her whip and the tornado of bugs disperse as Elizabeth collapses onto her hands and knees.

"Elizabeth, are you okay?!" Hawk shouts.

"I'm fine" Elizabeth answers, looking to Hawk before back to the boy "You're okay? Your not hurt are you?" Elizabeth asks the boy.

"So...You'd risk your life to save a poor boy like this one? That's quite commendable of you" The boy says, staring down the Elizabeth. The bell rings again "However..." The boy suddenly gets bigger and taller before he suddenly turns into a Holy Knight "Reality can be rather cruel" Y/N stares at the two in shock, getting in a fighting position.

"That holy knight was the boy?" Hawk asks "Were the victims of illusions"

"You did this...You are responsible for everything. Their behaviour" Elizabeth says, staring up at the Holy Knight. He begins laughing.

"The Eight Deadly Sins are nothing more than little playthings to me" Y/N growls and jumps forward towards the holy knight.

"We're not your little playthings!" She jumps up and is about to land on the holy knight before the bell suddenly rings again and her eyes cloud over. Her eyes widen as she sees who she's about to attack before moving herself to the side, landing on the ground as she stares at the person in front of her.

"K-King? What are you doing here?" Y/N looks around "Where'd the Holy Knight go and the princess?" King suddenly lifts his sacred weapon "King? What are yo-" King hits her in the chest with his sacred weapon, causing her to fly back into a tree. She groans, coughing blood.

"Lady Y/N, NO!" Elizabeth shouts, staring at where Y/N was hit too. Elizabeth stares up at the holy knight "Turn them back to normal!" The Holy Knight then grabs Elizabeth by her hair and lifts her, causing Elizabeth to whimper in pain and grit her teeth, before kneeing her in the chest. She falls to the ground in pain.

"You bastard!" Hawk shouts, running full speed at the holy knight before being hit on the head by his staff, blood squirting out his nose. Hawk falls to the ground. The Holy knight laughs.

"As we speak the two sins are in a battle and will be dead within moments," He says as Elizabeth struggles to get up. Y/N suddenly jumps from behind him and onto his back, legs wrapped around his neck and arms around his head.

"You miscounted one!" Y/N growls, teeth gritted "I ain't letting no damn illusion mess with me, believe me, I've dealt with Merlin already!" The Holy knight fumbles around, trying to get the sin out of him.  He eventually shook her off and she falls to the ground on her back. She slowly sits up until sharp pain rungs through her body as the Holy Knight staff pierces her stomach and into the ground below her. She coughs up blood, laying on the ground unable to move "Damn my weak ass If only I had by sacred treasure. Why did my powers have to be locked in those damn things"

"Seems I didn't miscount, two are fighting and soon will be dead while the other is about to be dead" Y/N stares up at him, blood running down her lips, teeth gritted

"I'm sorry, Elizabeth"

Surprise! I'm back! Sorry I've been gone for so long, I believe it's been 2 months! 2 WHOLE MONTHS, yikes. I don't know if I will be updating regularly, so it may be another 2 months before I update again but who knows, depends on what mood I'm in. The reason for this though is just school and such, I'm busy studying for my GCSE(And for those who don't know what they are, all I can say is that they are REALLY important) So I'm focusing on them more than this, but whenever I have free time I'll be sure to write. I hope my writing style is okay and I'd hope to improve it more and more.
