His nerves just shot up when chih en was called off the stage and sat with the other contestants meaning his going to be called soon.

The directors played a video of him walking away from the camera, then switching to a frontal shot posing, smiling and making a heart on his cheek─ a common pose that an idol does.

The screams grew louder; he wasn't only handsome but also very pretty.

Louis quietly stuffed his hand in his jacket and walked up the stage, eyes staring downward.

When he reached the center, he raised his head, pulling out both of his hands and putting them on top of his head, making a heart along with a smile that shined throughout the stage. After a few seconds, he brought them down and made a heart on his cheek.

Soon enough he sat down in the final seat and finally all 48 contestants was complete.

Louis wasn't fully listening, but he liked the whole team-and-cup concept-it sounded exciting.

────"P.R.I.S.M. represents the five challenges you'll face."────

────"That's a lot of challenges"──── he whispered. The guy next to him having heard what he said replied ────"Yeah"──── equally feeling nervous.

Hearing that someone replied surprised Louis a bit, but with looking at who it was he seemed like a nice person.

────"In these five challenges, you'll compete to win the PRISM cup. Today, you'll face the first challenge: P for Pick"────

That made sense-they had all prepared entrance performances.

That made Louis a little nervous sure he wants to debut but who wouldn't be nervous in performing.

────"With the directors' picks, your teams will be decided."────

────"Oh, I thought we pick our teams"──── and pouted

────"I'm sure will get picked"──── the guy next to him said.

────"You're right, I'm claiming that positive energy."────

────"The players not chosen will be... one step closer to elimination."────

────"Now, let me introduce the directors who will be picking you into their teams."──── JP continued. Louis didn't expect much. Usually survival show directors were people he didn't know.

The guy just smiled and continued to hold his hand instead.

────"Hello everyone, we're the directors of Team Beat" ──── Yugyeom said.

Whoa, if beats directors are this good, how about the others.

And, of course, they were just as good ─ WayV's Ten and Yangyang along side special director Kun

Even though he only listens to NCT/WayV time to time, but he gets their hype.

As Jay Park explained the mission Louis just heard mumbles and began replaying the song and choreography in his head.

The first team was up. Louis was left alone because the guy next to him was going to be in the second team performing.

The performance then began and Louis was thrilled to say the least. They did great and overall killed it.

All of them did great but a trainee caught his attention: Park Juwon. The boy did an incredible job, having stable vocals and great dancing skills.

And because of excitement Louis began to link arms with the nearest trainee who responded with ────" Yea they are"──── while smiling at him. The boy recognizes him as Zhang Shuaibo.

As if they've known each other for the longest time, they linked arms.

After 60 seconds, each team revealed their main pick.

As Louis thought earlier Park Juwon was the first to be picked. Next was Zen Zen and Park Juwon again being picked twice.

Seems like during their talking they completely missed the two teams fighting for the boy.

The boys then appeared and Louis began cheering as soon as he saw his new friend.

The performance soon endend and they did great

In the end Chih En went to beat, Kim Joohyoung went to groove (Louis cheered when he was picked) and Sirin joined rhythm.

He was left alone again, because as of now his new friend was going to perform

He soon noticed that the new boy next to him kept staring at him. Why? He also didn't know.

And just like that Louis became friends with the third guy that day.

Soon enough the performance started and as soon as it did Louis began noticing that the team's chemistry was just not there.

I mean sure everyone shined individually but their overall teamwork was just not there.

During the 60 second pick time, Louis noticed that his new friend looked a little embarrassed probably due to the comments of the directors. Louis gave him a smile and mouthed.

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘫𝘰𝘣" with both hands making a thumbs-up.

In the end Shuaibo made it to team rhythm, and Louis cheered when it was announced.

The next performance went like the others.

After the performance. Louis had one question in his mind, which is if more than one team chose him what team would he choose.

He was sure that it wouldn't happen but there is a small chance so he didn't really know.

In the midst of his thoughts the staff then announced that they were going to be taking a break.

After hearing that the French went and let go of Woongki's hand and went to the bathroom.

As soon as he got back he noticed that the boy he was just taking to left and he was alone again

The next performance then began and Louis cheered for Woongki like what he did earlier for Shuaibo.

He did try to focus on his friend (that did a great job) but the Japanese kid was just grabbing his attention.

In the end Daisuke went to Rhythm, Seo Jeongwoo went to Groove and Woongki went to Beat.

────" Louis, when do you think we're gonna perform? "──── Myung asked due to the fact that they're only 3 groups left including theirs.

────" Honestly hyung I don't know, maybe last. Another team just went backstage"──── Louis answered

They were in fact not called soon because right now the sixth group was performing and the seventh was called backstage.
