A/N POV:

Back at the dorm, Taehyun, Soobin, and Kai were gathered around the table, eating the lunch Chaeyon had prepared. Meanwhile, Chaeyon stayed in the kitchen, cleaning up.

Taehyun looked up from his plate. "Chaeyon, why don’t you eat with us?"

She hesitated, her hands gripping the dishcloth. "I-I’m fine, really..."

Taehyun shook his head, waving her over. "Come on, you’re not a maid. Sit down and eat with us."

After a moment of awkward silence, Chaeyon nodded and took a seat, joining them.

Kai, however, stood up halfway through the meal, his plate barely touched.

"Kai, you’re already done?" Soobin asked, frowning. "You barely ate."

Kai glanced at Chaeyon, who was watching him nervously, and forced a small smile. "Yeah, I’m full," he said before retreating to his room.

Soobin watched him go, his brow furrowing slightly. He had a pretty good idea why Kai left.

Kai was sprawled out in my room, lazily fiddling with a Rubik’s cube when Soobin walked in.

"You didn’t eat properly," he said, leaning against the doorframe.

Kai shrugged. "I like your cooking better than hers," he said with a smirk.

Soobin chuckled. "You’re picky."

Before they could say more, Yeonjun and Beomgyu walked in.

"You two are back?" Soobin greeted, setting his notebook aside.

Beomgyu nodded.

"Where’s Taehyun?" Yeonjun asked, looking around.

"He went to the studio for recording rehearsals," kai replied, setting the cube down.

Yeonjun nodded, seemingly satisfied. Beomgyu sat on the edge of the bed, looking more relaxed than he had in days. Maybe Yeonjun really was the key to managing Beomgyu’s moods.

Beomgyu's POV

After changing into more comfortable clothes, I sat on the bed, lost in thought.
How the heck am I supposed to treat that smurf right? The thought of her irritated me for reasons I couldn’t even explain. All I wanted to do was be mean to her every time she was in my line of sight.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed, pulling me out of my thoughts. Seeing the manager’s name on the screen, I rolled my eyes before answering.

"Hello?"

The manager's voice came through the line. "Beomgyu, is Chaeyon settling in comfortably?"

I scoffed lightly. "How would I know?"

A heavy sigh echoed from the other end. "Beomgyu, listen. I don’t want any complaints from her about you being rude. Do you understand?"

Great, I thought bitterly. Now even the manager is on her side.

"Alright, fine," I replied tiredly. "I’ll make sure she doesn’t complain to you. Happy?"

"Good. Oh, and don’t forget you’re scheduled to go live at 7 PM."

"I know, I know," I muttered, already exhausted by the conversation. "Bye."

Hanging up, I tossed the phone aside and leaned back against the headboard. Going live with MOAs later might help me cool off. I smiled faintly at the thought.

Soobin's POV:

I was chatting casually with Yeonjun when he brought up something unexpected.

"Hyung, why don’t you talk to Beomgyu about Chaeyon?" Yeonjun asked, his tone unusually calm.

I blinked at him. "Talk to him? About what exactly?"

Yeonjun crossed his arms and leaned back in his chair. "I mean, it’s obvious he’s not going to be nice to her just because I told him to."

I chuckled lightly, folding my arms in response. "If you were the one who told him to be nice, I’m pretty sure he’ll listen to you. I don’t think there’s anything I need to say."

Yeonjun shot me a skeptical look, his lips twitching into a sly smile.

"Don’t give me that look," I teased. "Besides, don’t you think Beomgyu is blowing this whole thing way out of proportion?"

Yeonjun’s expression shifted to one of mild surprise. "Hyung, come on. It’s not about being dramatic. He has every right to feel upset about this. Just because he’s showing his emotions doesn’t mean he’s exaggerating. Honestly, we all feel the same way about it."

I nodded thoughtfully, his words making sense. "Fair point," I admitted, patting his shoulder with a small smile. "You’re pretty sharp, Yeonjun."

He raised an eyebrow. "You’re not being sarcastic, right?"

I smirked playfully. "Not at all."

A/N POV:

Later that evening, Beomgyu went live with MOAs, his usual bright smile lighting up the screen as he laughed at their comments. He seemed more at ease now, the earlier irritation completely wiped from his expression.

Yeonjun peeked into Beomgyu’s room to check on him and saw him mid-stream. Beomgyu noticed him and motioned for him to come in.

"Oh hey," Beomgyu greeted casually, gesturing to the camera.

Yeonjun waved at the screen, causing the comments to go wild.

"Come join me," Beomgyu said, smiling.

Yeonjun chuckled and sat beside him. Almost instantly, the live chat exploded:

"OMG, Yeonjun looks so good with Beomgyu!"

"I SHIP THEM!"

Beomgyu read the comments aloud with a laugh. "Guys, calm down. Yeonjun is so not my type."

Yeonjun raised an eyebrow, leaning closer to the camera with a smirk. "Oh really?"

Beomgyu rolled his eyes and smacked him lightly on the forehead.

"Ow!" Yeonjun winced, rubbing the spot. "What was that for?"

"That’s what you get for flirting," Beomgyu replied smugly.

Yeonjun grinned mischievously and retaliated with a playful smack to Beomgyu’s forehead.

"Hey!" Beomgyu complained, but they both broke into laughter, the tension from earlier long forgotten as they continued entertaining the MOAs.
