Dottore threw his phone across the room. "Tsk. No fun."

He knew Scaramouche was changing, his anger was changing. And that annoyed him. He didn't want Scaramouche to change. He enjoyed seeing him in pain.

He enjoyed seeing Scaramouche so angered that he was practically shaking from it.

"I wonder what his reaction would be if y/n were to get kidnapped," he grinned to himself. "Would he be angry like when he fought the Tsaritsa? Or would he be sad like when Mona abandoned him? Or would he be both angry and sad like when Childe and La Signora left him?"

Dottore jumped up from his chair in excitement. "I must see it. I must. I must. I must. I must." He then saw the picture of the Tsaritsa on his desk and picked it up. "Sorry m'lady but this is too good of an opportunity to pass."

It wasn't clear why Dottore wanted to see Scaramouche in pain. Especially when Scaramouche hadn't really done anything specifically to him. He claims he feels this way because Scaramouche hurt the Tsaritsa, but is that really the reason?

He sat back down with a malicious smirk, and had already decided he was going to go along with this plan.
