On this Teacher's Day, You are about to begin reading Scintillio16's new story - "Saudebazi".

So here you go........

°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°

A girl was running very fast to reach her class. She again reached her college late. She was breathing heavily but fortunately reached the classroom just in time. She thanked God for saving her from the wrath of her processor. She doesn't know what other girls show in him that they admire about him. If anyone asked her, she would tell them the real definition of her professor.

He never smiled too much in the classroom. He remained conserved, did not talk too much, even he punished her only, most of the time, even if it's not her mistake. She, everytime, prayed to God to save her from him or transfer him to another college somewhere where there is scarcity of light and water. She wondered what would happen to him if got transferred to a remote place where it was difficult for any normal person to live, somewhere like a deserted Village in Rajasthan. Then she chucked that thought as there isn't any place really like deserted in Rajasthan now. But she giggled for even thinking like that.

He is a 25 year old Mathematics professor. He achieved this position with his hardwork and dedication. He is not like this as our protagonist described him. He is just ambivert. Due to his age and position every girl swamped all over him and at least wanted to befriend him, that's what he hated the most. He always wanted someone who didn't love his position or looks but love the real him. Not these materialistic things but him, his behaviour, who would stand with him in his ups and downs. So, that's why, he conserved himself in the college premises. Outside the college, he is a happy go boy, jolly and used to hangout with his friends a lot.

He also didn't converse with other professors unnecessary in his college. He had a jovial nature with only the middle-aged physics professor, who treats him like his son. It's not like our protagonist describes, he punished her because he didn't want her to become like other girls in the college for she is naive and believes anyone easily. Of course not the boys but girls. She thought that everyone was like her. And others took advantage of her due to this quality.

Back to the present scene:-

"Good Morning, Class" said the Mathematics professor, Rishi Mishra, in a monotonous voice. Everyone greeted him back and he started the class. Even after saying the same greetings in the same way for the last two years, there are still some girls who wanted to befriend this young professor.

When half of the period passed, he turned and saw that whether everyone was paying attention to what he was explaining or not. Much to his dismay, he saw that again she was explaining to Priya, the topic which was taught on the previous day. Due to her helping nature she agreed and started explaining and forgot that she came to the college to learn not to teach.

"Miss Dwivedi. Stand up." Said Rishi sternly to Dipanshi Dwivedi, our protagonist.

"Yes, Sir."

"Explain Nullity Theorem." Asked Rishi, folding his hands in front of him.

".........." Dipanshi's attention was not in the class, thus she didn't know what Nullity Theorem is. She remained silent and kept her eyes on the desk.

"How many times have I told you to attentively listen to your professors, not to your colleagues? They were not gonna write your exams on your behalf. You have to think about yourself first, not others. Nullify Theorem is the next topic. Aap Ka itna bhi dhyan nahi tha class mein ki aapko yeh bhi nahi pata ki kya padhaya ja rha hai......" His jaw tucked, "Will you say something on your behalf"

Having enough of her behaviour, He added, "Okay, if you don't have anything to say then you can leave my class.... NOW" Said Rishi, angrily. This happened most of the time but she never listened to him and did according to her will.

Dipanshi silently took her belongings and exited the class before that, Priya showed her a look of sympathy. Little did she know that this was a trap for her to get her punished. Other than this quality, Dipanshi was a brilliant student. She always remained in one of the top 5 students.

Dipanshi came out of the class but she stood beside the gate to hear what her processor was teaching. Although she can't see the board, listening to the explanation of the theory helps her to understand the theory afterward at her home.

It's lunch time, so she went to the cafeteria and sat at her usual seat. Due to her generosity and helping nature, seniors took a liking towards her. They always helped her in any matter she got. And she being she, politely declined these types of help unless very very very necessary.

She usually sat alone but sometimes the son of one of the board members of college accompanied her. He was the only kid of his parents and he really, dearly missed a sister who could be with him in his childhood, in his youth, whom he could be possessive of and he could care for.

Surprisingly Dipanshi had to be in his criteria of a sister. But he didn't bother her often because of social manners. Also, he had a notorious personality inside the campus.

He came, sat beside her and ordered the best of the canteen for themselves.

"Hey Bookworm, how was the day? Especially Mr. Khadoos's class?"

"Senior!! Don't talk about him. He again rebuked me."

"And what were you doing?"

"What would I do? I am innocent, Senior"

He chuckled and then talked about their studies and families.

"By the way, Where are your girlfriends?"

He narrowed his eyes to her as he knew, it's a taunt directed toward him. He has this rumour about him that he was dating many girls due to his position and looks.

He fake smiled and chimed, "Actually they were currently fighting with each other as who will be going on a date with me?"

She was going to direct a reply to him, when the lunch time was over and they had to part their ways towards their respective classes.

She came home. She wasn't able to make friends in college other than her seniors because they were all different from her in every aspect. Students reached her to understand any theory or taking notes or such type of other help. But no one tried to know her. How does she feel about others? Or her behaviour...

She had her one bestfriend, her childhood friend, her buddy, Somya Garg inshort, 'Somi'. They talked almost everyday, about everything. No one knew about Dipanshi as much as Somya did. Although they studied in different colleges and different cities, they were like soul sisters.

Somya wanted to become a journalist, that's why she enrolled in one of the best Journalism Universities. She lived in a girls' hostel there.

Dipanshi saw her mother working in the kitchen, but it looked like something was bothering her. Dipanshi tensed up seeing her mother like this, she frowned and asked worriedly, "Mamma, aapko kuchha pareshan kar rha hai?"

[Maa, did something bothering you?"]

"Huhhhh..... Na na..... nhi toh, esa kyu laga tumhe?" Said Mrs. Mamta Dwivedi, a very loving mother and woman, loved her daughter and her husband very much. Dipanshi wasn't convinced with her answer.

[No, why did you feel like this?]

"Achcha pehle yeh batao aaj ka din kaisa gaya?" Mamta asked her lovingly.

[First tell me how was your day?]

"Kesa jata achcha? jab pehla hi period un khadoos Mishra Sir ka period ho.... Aaj bhi mujhe nikal diya class se, meri koi galti nhi thi phir bhi.... Main keh rhi hu Maa pichle janam me Maine pakka inki bhais churayi hogi. Isliye is Janam mein us Janam ka badla le rahe hain." Dipanshi said thoughtfully.

[how does it go? When the first period is the period of that Khadoos Mishra sir.... Even today I was expelled from the class, even though it was not my fault.... I am saying Maa, in my previous life I must have stolen his buffalo. That's why in this birth he is taking revenge for that birth.]

Mamta chuckled at her daughter's rambling but suddenly her smiling face turned into a sorrowful face. But she soon plastered it with a smile and said, "Deepu esa nhi kehte sir hain wo tumhare."

[Deepu, don't say that he is your Sir.]

"Okay, my Mother India. Achcha yeh batao aaj kya banaya hai aur papa kaha hain?" asked Dipanshi.

[Ok, tell me what have you made today and where is papa?]

"Aaj Dum Aalo banaye hain aur tumhare papa apne kamre me hain. Aate hi ja rahe hain woh bhi school se." Said Mamta. Her husband was a Government High School Teacher.

[Today Dum Aloo has been made and your father is in his room. He is also just coming back from school.]

Dipanshi went to her room and changed into comfortable clothes after that she went towards her father's room.

"Papa....., Aapki tabiyat kesi hai ab. Aap meri ek bhi baat nahi sunte maine kaha hai, na, ki aap aaram karo kuchha din, uske baad chale jana school." Said Dipanshi as if she were his mother.

[Papa.....How are you feeling now? you don't listen to a single thing i said, do you? I told you , you should rest for a few days, then go to school]

Mr. Dev Dwivedi smiled painfully and said, "Beta don't worry, mujhe kuchha nhi hoga. Dekho mujhe main sahi salamat khada hu aur sanse le rha hu, dekho."

[Beta don't worry, nothing will be going to happen to me. Look at me, I'm standing right here and breathing, look.]

"Papa, aapko kuchha hoga bhi nhi. Aap jio hazaro saal. Aapko aapke dushmano ki umar lag jaye." Saying this Dipanshi laughed. And seeing her laugh Dev too joined her. But something was bothering him as well.

[Papa, nothing would happen to you. may you live a thousand years, get the age of your enemies.]

What was that? Dipanshi was unaware of the storm that was coming towards her. Which will turn her life upside down......

"Hello Somi, kesi hai, kya ho raha hai?" Asked Dipanshi.

[Hello Somi, how are you doing?]

"Arre meri Maa shant shant. Bata rahi hu sab. Main ekdum jhakkas hu. Aur abhi bas social media par surfing kar rhi thi. Tu bta kesa raha tera din, tere khadoos professor ne aaj phir tujhe punishment di kya." Said Somya.

[Arre!! My Mother!! Calm! Calm!. Am telling you everything. I am as always super duper fit and fine. And right now just surfing the social media. You tell me, how was your day? Especially your Khadoos Professor. Did he again punish you?]

"Yaaaaaar, mere sath hi kyu hota hai esa, meri koi galti nhi hoti phir bhi roz wo khadoos mujhe class se nikal dete hain. Pta nhi ladkiyo ko unme aisa kya dikhta hai ki sab uske piche padi hui hain.............."

[Yaaaaaaar!!! Why did this happen to me? I never do anything yet he punished me everytime. God knows what other girls show in him that they were always behind him like bees.]

Like this they talked for two hours, now it was the time of dinner so she went downstairs for the dinner.

They had their dinner in a joyful mode. As this is the daily life of Dipanshi.

Being late for college now and then, getting punished, having a company of her seniors every now and then, getting tricked by her fellow students, having fun at home.
