"Father?"

"Hello Son" His Father's deep voice said from the other line.

"Uhh hi? Why did you call me?" He tried not to come out rude, but he was slightly taken aback from his father's call after maybe months? The last time he checked his father was busy cracking a deal when he went to abroad for some business. "Can't I call my son?" His father questioned.

"Well you can, but you don't" Jimin mutters but sure his father heard that, clearing his throat before speaking again in a softer voice. "Happy Birthday Son" "It was Five days ago" He heard his father again clearing his throat. "Well then Happy belated birthday" His Father slightly Chuckle at his son's sassy attitude which he's used to, since he's his father, even though he wasn't there for Jimin or his other younger son, Jihyun, he made sure they got all Luxurious.

"Thank you" Jimin softly whispered, Totally weird out, his father is behaving a little weird, he can probably sense some nervousness in his father's deep voice which he's trying to hide with firmness and authority. "I heard that you have a girlfriend now" His father questioned, Jimin raised a brow when he heard giggling from the other line, probably his mom who was giggling at his husband's lame yet funny state.

"Well yeah I do. What about it?"

"What didn't you tell me?"

"Because you were busy?" Jimin pointed out now walking towards his car which was parking into an empty driveway. "I'm happy for you, although I'm a little sad that I had to know this from your mother and not you" His father complained, completely ignoring what his son said about being busy.

Jimin slight rolled his eyes but smile, his father was Happy. "How is she? As in nature wise?" Opening the door of the driving seat, Jimin got inside when his father questioned. "She's nice, really understanding and appreciative" Jimin Smiled widely. "Is this the same girl who got you whipped months ago?"

"Bingo"

"I'm proud of you son, now you got her as your girlfriend, you have a charm" His father complimented cheekily, giving himself some appreciation too in his mind that because he was Charming in his young age, his son is Charming too. "Of course I do, but she got me whipped first" Jimin Smiled, he felt good, even more better, this is the longest they have talked with each other on phone without throwing tantrums to each other.

"Well- I- um" His Dad stutters.

"Yes Dad?" Jimin asked softly.

His father's eyes softens when he heard the word 'dad' and not his usual 'father'  They both mean the same but it feels nice when your son calls you dad after like ages. "I w-was actually thinking why don't you bring her to our house, um for a family dinner?" His dad spoke, obliviously nervous that his son would reject the offer. He really wanted to meet His Son's girlfriend which really changed him for good.

He remembered when his wife told him that Jimin quite smocking after knowing that this girl he likes doesn't like guys who smoke, at first he was really amused, he thought this just fir a few days before he will start smoking again, but he was quite surprised when his wife told him that he haven't touched a single cigarette for more than eight months now. He was happy, he was happy that he finally quit his habit smoking, he still remembers when Jimin turned 19 last year, he started smoking after some of his new friends of the semester suggested to try it.

His father was a little disappointed that soon Jimin caught a habit of smoking but that only lasts till a few months before he met you. "A family dinner? Don't you think that will be a little too soon for her? I have no problem with that but–" Jimin spoke, pushing his hair back as he got cut off by his mom "Oh c'mon Jimin! We won't scare her! Please we really wanna meet her!" He heard her mom's voice, her soft giggly excited self causing Jimin to smile.

"Okay, but first I have to ask her if she's okay" Jimin nodded even though they can't see him. "Of course! Don't force her if she's not ready, but tell her that we're good people" His Mom again giggle softly. "Sure Mom" He Smiled. "Bye Mom, bye Dad" He softly whispered. "Bye Jimin" He heard his father's voice before he hung up. Smiling.

"Hi" Lia greets the figure in front if her as soon as she opened the door of her apartment. "Hey" She greets back too with a smile, hands clutching the bag which hung on her right shoulder. "Come in, it's cold outside"  She opened door wider for her to come inside, she smiled and nodded. Coming inside, she heaves out a breath. Feeling tye warmness now creeping onto her cold cheeks now.

"So would you like something?"

"Coffee would be great" She Smiled sweetly at Lia.

"Coming on" Lia smiled before walking towards the kitchen to make themselves some coffee. "So did you do work? I have completed half of mine" She asks Lia, settling her bag on the couch before walking towards the kitchen too. "Yeah I have written the Essay part in rough but still have formulate it to be presentable" Lia says before asking the amount of sugar she wants.

She nods her head before telling how much she prefer. "Actually I have written the introduction part but I don't Know how to process further more" Thanking Lia when she gave her the mug filled with coffee. "June, Don't Worry, we are working on the project together, we still have a lot if time before the deadline" Lia Smiled at June. She remembers the day when she wad paired with June, She got the admission in between the semester as she was a transfer student.

She was searching her name with partners which her teacher assigned, sticking the white paper on the wall so that everyone can just check it out themselves who they are working with so the teachers won't have to Shout and sore her throat because no body listens to her.

"Hi! Um you're Lia right?" Suddenly someone tapped her Shoulder lightly, turning around to face the Beautiful yet not so familiar girl, she smiled before nodding. "Yes I am, I guess you are my partner?" Lia recognized her as the new transfer student, smiling sweetly at her.

"Yeah, I'm June, hope we can get along" June said with a smile, extending her hand for shake. Lia shook her hand gladly. "So shall we head out?" June nodded her head before walking out with Lia after taking her bag with her. And that's how she's here now inside Lia'a apartment, giggling a little as they work together.

A message tinged breaking the silence filled in the small living room, June mumbled a sorry for the disturbances, Lia shook her head with a smile mumbling a 'it's okay' before going back to her work. June looked at her phone as some message pops up.

Lia looked at June the beep sound of messages continued, June was just staring at her phone screen but not replying. "Not gonna reply?" She asks with a smile to make her tense form comfortable.

"No Actually I–You remember there's going to be a party held for the seniors before the Christmas holidays?" June asked Lia, waiting for her to nod. She did nod. "Yeah and surprisingly, us, juniors are allowed to, even for a little bit we are allowed to come" Lia completed for June. "Yeah um Actually someone asked me to be their partner" June shyly says as a little blush creept to her cheeks, fiddling with her fingers.

"Really? That's great! Who is it?" She excitedly asked with a smile, happy for her new friend. June smiled sweetly but somewhat nervous. "Actually there's this Girl in my English classes, Jisoo. She's really nice and polite and well, somewhat a flirt?" Lia giggle at the end. Her smile widening when she got to know it was girl, well she would be happy if it was a boy too but she always found gay couples cuter.

"Then? What's the problem?" Lia asks cautiously to not make June uncomfortable. "Umm well..." June paused for a bit, looking down at her hands. "You don't have to say it if you're uncorrected" Lia suggested with a sweet smile. "Umm no it's not like that, I'm not uncomfortable,  you're my only friend I made after such a long time" Her cheeks got a little red as she speak so. Lia's eyes soften at her words.

"Then what's the problem?" She asked softly.

"Um-it's just that me and Ex-boyfriend got a closure a few days ago only and I was just thinking if it's okay to see someone this soon, l-let alone of the same gender" June fiddles with her sleeves nervously as she spoke. "I'm a little scared, thinking of what people will think who knows what Happened with my previous relationship" She lowly spoke, remembering what happened in the past.

"Do you um- still have Feelings for your ex?" She once again asks cautiously, she guess it was a sensative topic for June and she respects that and try to ease her. "Actually no I don't. I thought I did but no... it's not easy to explain but it was like I was just stuck with the thought of being with him" She sighs. "Hmm I think you should accompany her to the party"

"I should?" June asks in a little surprising tone.

"Yes you should, if he's getting a chance to move and than you should too, and who cares what other people think? You should do what you want And if you really wanna go with her, then you should" She laughs a little, trying to encourage her new friend with her words.

"So do you wanna go? With her?"

"I do"

"Then text her! Don't leave her on seen" Lia giggles when she saw June panicking a little before quickly replying to her messages, before sliding her phone off and get back to the project.
